I haven't been to Taco Bell in quite a while. I was super hungry so I drove through and ordered a burrito supreme. The guy taking my order was very friendly and upbeat. When I was in line I noticed they have a avocado green sauce and I asked to try it. They charge $0.20 per package (small like their regular sauce). My total was over $9. I got my bag and drove away. When I reached for my burrito, I couldn't believe how small it was. I remember their bean and cheese burrito being that size! It tasted good and I really liked the new sauce. Would I go back again? Nope. I could go to a nicer place and get unlimited chips and salsa with a bigger burrito and a side of beans and rice for just a couple bucks more.

Both times I've come here and ordered a potato taco, it's been bad. Last time I got rock potatoes that were old. This time I got literally 3potatos . CHECK YOUR BAG B4 DRIVING AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION minimum if your getting potatoes haha

Absolutely ridiculous service. A bunch of brain dead zombie potheads that don't care about their jobs, their customers, or getting the orders right. I was picking up an order for DoorDash and they told me that they gave my order to someone else and had to make it again. Took 15 minutes and while I was waiting, a guy came in angry cause they gave him someone else's order and he had to come back and get his order, which he wanted remade since it had been sitting there for a while. They took forever to even get started on his order. They tried to give me the one I was picking up without the drinks, so no clue how the accuracy was inside. Guy had an attitude when I asked where the drinks were and took forever to simply get them. Absolute worst Taco Bell I've been to and I can tell that they mess up most orders and always take forever. Is there anyone supposed to be managing this place? If there is, they need to be fired, they need to get rid of the lazy workers they currently have, and hire some people that will actually care about their job instead of a bunch of deadbeats that can't handle such a simple job.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to give her name for us to file a complaint. Other customers in the dining area were also taken back by her extremely poor behavior. Whomever is in control of this location should truly find her replacement asap! I belive her name is Kathy after calling back because our to go order was missing items. The date we had this terrible experience was 12/23/2023 at 2pm. That should help someone figure out who is destroying your business!

My order was wrong, so when I called (minutes before closing) they answered & I greatly appreciate that because that is rare for a fast food to actually answer their phone. The guy working in drive thru helped me and was very polite and sweet ?? I don't know his name so that he can get recognized for his amazing efforts but he was handsome, tall and has curly hair! Thank you sir & for my comp lemonade & cinnamon twist

Worst experience ever! No good deed goes unpunished. Their drive thru was backed up behind me. After 10 mins the cars ahead were gone. Could not get anyone on speaker to order. After honking behind me, drove to the window. Would not take my order. Told to go around again. I said no way, already waited 30 mins. They shut window, so I got out and knocked on it. Said I'm not moving. Manager took my order. Got half filled tacos and no apology and it was their fault!!! I love Taco Bell but will NEVER go to this location again. If I were the franchisee, I would fire them over this. What a horrible way to treat a customer!
