First visit to any Andy's location. The quantity was questionable as none of our 5 items filled their respective cups. At least they were fast.At the price, it simply does not make sense to return. DQ has a similar price point which makes it a much better value.

I arrived 10 min. before closing. Paid for 2 large butter pecan and 2 large boot daddy's with lidds in a bag. Received 4 butter pecans that were very skimpy on the butterscotch. It should have been called just pecan.Closed by the time I got home and found out. I bet I have ordered more Andy's than anyone in the state from 3 other locations. This one is not the best.

Finished product looks nothing like the pictures. 3/4 filled and less than 1/4 add in’s included. Concrete was more vanilla custard with one or two small pieces of Oreo cookie. Custard is tasty but for what you are paying, and receiving. Not worth the drive or the cost.

Well seems like I should’ve looked at the reviews first. I assumed all Andy’s were good since we’ve never had a bad experience. But It seems no one’s had a good experience at this location. There was not one person outside and I was the only one in the drive thru, but they were in such a rush for some reason. Then handed me a melted banana split. Sounds like they need to get it together here or they’re gonna be out of business at this location. Definitely go anywhere else, there’s another one not too far up the road that’s better.

There's a wide array of options available, ranging from plain custard to a variety of mix-ins. My personal favorite is the chocolate custard combined with espresso, Heath bar pieces, and a caramel core. My roommate, on the other hand, swears by the butter pecan and sticks to his usual order at Andy’s. The service is outstanding, and they offer a rewards program. A large serving costs around $10, but you get a generous portion that's absolutely delicious.
I was very excited to see an Andy's Frozen Custard when we first moved to the area. We loved the one we had back home in Atlanta, so I'm glad we didn't have to go without. I visited on a cold night in December. I didn't want to get out of my warm vehicle, so I decided to use the convenient drive-thru. There wasn't a long line when I arrived and I was able to order right away. Service was fast and friendly. My go-to is the Andy's Ozark Turtle Sundae, which comes with Andy's frozen custard covered with hot fudge, crème caramel, roasted pecans, and topped with a cherry. Sweet, creamy, and crunchy. My favorite part about it is their hot fudge and caramel. So good! This location isn't the closest one to my house; there's another one much closer. However, this location is convenient and I pass it often. Will be back!

For the most part it's great the custards are delicious but it would be even better if the kids working would pay attention and stop getting orders wrong. You can read the order correctly but can't seem to make it correctly.

Very poor service at the walk up window. Had to bang on it to get their attention. They used my gift card but I had a balance owed. Had to run home to get my wallet. When I returned they charged me the full price, not deducting what I had already paid and couldn't tell me how much it was. Won't return to this location.
