I ordered an 10 piece cajun rub and 12 lemon pepper & large fry. The only thing that was right was the large fry. I received an 10 piece hot wings and 7 piece lemon pepper and large fry. I told my son to call, when he did he explain and told them his name. The person whom answered the phone said there was not order for that name and hung up on him.My son and i went to the place on Warner request to speak with the manager or lead on shift. Told them my name and sons name that just came in less then 25 minutes ago, she found the order under his name and confirmed the order. I explained all i wanted was what i paid for either they could reimburse for what i did not get or they could correct the order. She said she would get it ready and to wait 10 minutes; Although still incorrect still another 10 piece hot wings and 12 piece lemon pepper wings. I offered to pay the difference because i just wanted the remaining lemon pepper wings and the 10 cajun rub.The customer service was very incompetent. If anyone gets the Flu thats on them for having me get out of bed after getting hung up on and not getting my order correct in the first place.

Lucky's Deep Fried Biscuits and french fries were okay. The wings were not very good... hardly any meat and small, over cooked (beyond crispy) and just meh. Been hearing rave reviews about ATL for years and finally tried it and I'm not impressed.

Message: First off, this order was placed on SuperBowl Sunday, so I expected a long wait. Here is the series of unfortunate events that prompted me to write you... -On 2/11/24 at 3:26pm I placed an online order for 60 wings ($89.66) -I was 'promised' a ready time of 4:15pm (49 min). -I sent my son to pick up order at 4:00...5.6 miles one way, 12 min drive. -Once he got there, he texted me to say the line to pick up was out the door. He waited, causing him to miss kick off. -I received a text at 4:45 that our order was ready. I never received anything that said order was delayed. -He got home right at 5:00, very frustrated at how disorganized and late they were with the order. -My husband said "this is all you got for 8 people?" There were 3 boxes with 8 wings each!...but all the sauces were there! I checked the receipt and all 60 wings were there. -It was now 5:08. I called the restaurant immediately and was sent to voicemail saying they are now closed. I drove there, hoping to find them still open...they were. -I showed the manager my receipt and informed her that they didn't give me 36 wings! She very casually says "oh yeah, they're right here" -NO APOLOGY! Just says "here ya go, have a nice night" I spent almost $90! Between my son and I, drove 23 miles! Missed Super Bowl kickoff! AND...my phone number was right on the receipt, taped to bag and NO ONE thought to CALL ME?!? -Is it just this location or do they all operate so poorly? Your wings are delicious but after all this, they weren't so enjoyable. UPDATE: the message above is the exact message I sent to ATL Corporate. They responded the next day and explained they are a franchise and would have the owner of this location contact me...he did later that afternoon. He genuinely seemed concerned, and after having me repeat the situation asked if he could call me back in a couple days so he 'could make things right'. I responded, 'yes, thank you, I appreciate that'. A week later, still haven't heard back. I'm done with ATL...I make way better wings anyway!! Theirs used to be really good...not so much anymore.

It was awful the fries were greasy and soggy then the atl wings were over done salted and dry I’m upset and disappointed with my order.That is definitely the first and last time I will ever order from there a waste of money if you ask

I got a text that our order was ready. Exactly 1 hour before the time I was scheduled to pick it up. And then it was Luke warm when we got it at our pick up time. They didn't even keep it hot! So guess what, I have to keep it hot for Super Bowl because it's been sitting out for an hour by the time I got it. there wasn't enough sauce so we had to use some of our home sauce. Boxes were mismarked so I ended up eating one of my sons wings. Normally I love ATL wings but they are customer service always a little off. Who gets your order ready an hour before you're supposed to pick it up?!? I've never had this happen before.

I feel the love! These people are busting it every time. Help wanted signs are at every location. Just saying, maybe give them a few extra minutes. The locations are probably all short handed.

Look mane I get it...life is hard in america right now for sure. I have my moody days too...the attitude from the workers over here has been perpetually rude and irritable. Had food from this specific location a couple times months apart an the same people in there are the same people with an attitude an i didnt bring one to them at any point already understanding the stress they are under. Im talkin attitude so bad that they still cant make my order right. It is what it is, place is clean, food from this location just dont hit like that though. That could be because my order isnt right.... Oh well try it if you want but dont be surprised if you get poor service too. Wont be surprised if this location shuts down. But hey if you are looking for a job they are hiring...thats might be contributing to the poor service because they are tired of having to wear multiple hats an have a positive attitude.... Peace i wont be back dont worry yall made that very clear.

I wanted wings for an NFL watch party I was having. I placed my order online at 12:55 and it said Oder will be ready at 1:20. I showed up at 1:25 and had to wait until 1:42 to get my food. I get it home and my order is WRONG! Very upsetting because in person and over the phone the manager was very short and rude and not caring. I can't believe someone put her in a management position. She wanted me to drive alllll the way back to the store to get a refund. I will not be going back and I'll tell all my friends to never eat here!

lol damn this place fell off. Used to he a clean restaurant with quality wings. Went in today and it was EMPTY. Place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened now. The workers didn't want to do anything but talk in the back. Waited a few minutes after making eye contact for them to acknowledge me and just left. Lazy workers can keep this trash place I used to love.

Not all ATL are the same. Went to this location because it was closer for chicken.(Which I love ATL in mesa on Power and the other one Stapley)The chicken here was NOT crispy!!!Gag.It LOOKED crispy. Touch it was SOFT. Gross.It was too late by the time I got home.We tried to make it better in the air fryer trying to get it to be crispy…… barely got a couple wings that way.Yes. It was THAT soft. ?The sliders were good though!!! They had small chicken tenders which were crispy and not weird in the donut biscuit as sandwich. My kiddo enjoyed that.
