I ordered food through Uber Eats a few times and they never added utensils or napkins, even if I write it in capital letters, it’s exhausting getting my food everytime and not having utensils with it.

This is a fake restaurant and a front for Chennai Fusion. Moreover the food lacks flavor. Indian restaurants please get that spicy/more masala does not mean tasty and flavorful.Duping customers with 4-5 different restaurant names is worse than bad quality food.

Front desk staff needs some training in customer service.I drove 20 minutes to pick up some food. Front desk employee repeats my order, brings it from the back and forgets an item. No problem, so I remind her and ask if she can check if another item I ordered made it to the receipt. She comes back with the first item but a size smaller than I ordered (3 oz vs 8 oz). When I ask to have that corrected, her attitude made me seem like I did something wrong.Finally, I asked if I can buy the 2nd item since it wasn’t added to my order over the phone and I got the vibe she didn’t want to be there.I won’t be back, but if you want a chance at surviving, your team will need to treat people better.

This place is a front for a bunch of different restaurants and their food is NOT fresh.Chennai Fusion Grill is the main name on the building, but they’ve gone as Bengal Spice, Vegan Eats, Kerala Spice, Punjab Grill, Kabab Grill, Healing Cafe, and some others online. The menu has over 100 main entree items, it’s very unlikely they are able to make this food fresh everyday. The Biryani I had, the rice wasn’t fresh and I suspect they re-heated my food. It was very underwhelming quality, I wanted a fresh, tasty meal and this place was incapable of serving decent food.

this is my first time trying Indian food and will come back again. The staff were very pleasant and service was fast. Food was fresh and delicious and authentic Indian food. They even have robot server which is amazing and so modern. I recommend this place and will be back to eat Absolute delight.
