We stopped in for some Beef Bulgogi and the food was delicious. The sitting area is a bit tight but is clean and taken care of.

Always kind of hit or miss. I love the verity in the boxes. But some times it's not always that's great.

Their bento boxes are huge and definitely worth the wait. I was able to split a teriyaki salmon one with my husband for a little over 18 bucks. Two meals for 9 bucks each.

The decoration seemed really interesting. Immediately caught our attention when we drove by. The boba was alright, unfortunately the food was a hit or miss. Some meats were extremely chewy, couldn't eat it. The fried stuff was good. I personally liked it. Rice was a little too wet for me. We had a hair in our food as well but thankfully they changed it. Lot of questions though. Told us the cook was bald, yet he came out and definitely had hair the size that was in our food. An interesting one time experience but probably wouldn't make the stop there next time.

I had dental appointment across the street so I stopped to eat here because I love the pork bulgogi. The dinner portion after 3:00 p.m. is $17.99. Pork bulgogi is my favorite Korean dish because I like the slivers of fatty pork in the sweet chili sauce. And I love the little kimchi dishes that come with it. I picked Bento Sama out of all the eating choices in this 99 Ranch shopping center because some of the options were so expensive... such as eight Korean fried chicken wings for $16. One of the reviews of that place said she paid $32 for only 16 wings. Ouch. The word Bento means box tray with many sections as shown in the picture hence the word Bento box. The word Sama means teriyaki. The pork in my Pork Bulgoji was perfectly spiced and sweetened love that sauce. My only complaint is they only gave me half a cup of rice to eat with all that spicy pork. When I asked for more rice after finishing mine and I still had more than half the meat left in my bento box, the cashier looks at the cash register menu and was going to charge me for more rice. But when I told her if I ate at a sit-down restaurant, not take out, they give me as much rice as I want for free. Her face lit up as if she knew that was true and went to the back to get me a full container of rice, more than the first time, with a big smile, both free. You get to take the cool bento box in the wooden looking out of tray with clear plastic cover to take home and reuse again. So I am giving this little Bento Sama 99 Ranch food court restaurant five stars.

Tried this place after visiting teso life. The packaging and presentation are all good, but taste is not. Everything is way too sweet and salty. The side soup was just soy sauce water. Galbi and bulgogi marination are too sweet and salty. It just kills appetite. All of us could not finish our meals. They have a potential. Hope they keep focusing on improving the taste.

Didn't think much of this place but decided to try it out and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was delicious and Portions were a great size. It is located inside the 99 ranch market and they keep it nice and clean.

When I'm craving flavors I enjoy coming to 'the Ranch' ... this one around we chose Bento Sama as the main course. We both had the Bulgogi Bibimbap. I had them replace my carbs with more veggies. It didn't scream flavor as we hoped but was still good. Bulgogi amount served up was good...

Delicious food and great presentation. Found this place since I was in town and was shopping at 99 Ranch. Will definitely visit again in the future if I am in town.

Beef bulgogi has been amazing here! The pork is spicy so definitely don’t grab that if spicy isn’t your thing. Teriyaki chicken is good. I love that there are so many little bits of things in the boxes and it has been different each time I’ve gone. I would say that this is definitely enough food for two people but I highly doubt you’d wanna share!Kid-friendliness: Open seating area makes it easy with kids and being in grocery store it is a familiar setting.Wheelchair accessibility: Business is inside a grocery store so easily accessible and can navigate a wheelchair through store.

Wow! The bento box was very well presented. It looked so delicious that I just couldn’t wait to dig in! I got the Kalbi/Galbi box and I loved it. I did wish the meat was juicier but the side dishes made up for it.Definitely would come back and try the other dishes. Recommended!
