I am a dasher, "I was told by the cashier that even if they don't have your order ready on time, you still have to continue waiting in line." That terrible service, I will report this to all dasher to be care about this store. Bad service I never have. The guy attached is the guy who told me still wait, very bad attitude. This order supposed be ready by 7:24 now is 7:56 I am still waiting for that order

This place is filthy. I love the coffee and I really like the breakfast sandwiches, but I’m struggling with all the flies. That black smudge in the pic of the parking lot is a dead fly that has been stuck to the window for at least a month. Gross. The manager is really asleep at the wheel.

I came in for a bagel and one of their holiday coffees, which they just started serving for the season. Easy, right? My whole order came out wrong. Don’t market a holiday drink with a photo of whipped cream and sprinkles and then not deliver any of it. Unfortunately it took me driving home to open up my food to see a sausage sandwich instead of an everything bagel with cream cheese. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip in the drive through. The employees here are just not paying attention. The store doesn’t even have a contact number to call them!! You have to go through their website or Instagram to get ahold of someone. Not coming back.
