Loved the food, atmosphere and service! My best friend and I came in today for a quick bite to eat and a caffeine pick me up, I got the grilled cheese and she got the turkey pesto! Sandwich's were hot and fresh and came with chips. The drinks we got were amazing as well, the Hibiscus Calamansi and Honey B. Will be going back soon!

I was really excited when I found out cafe 86 has finally opened their own chain in AZ. I used to go to the one in Cerritos. Today is my first time coming to this location. I ordered some few treats and drinks. Ube tres leches: 4/5 I like the ube taste but it might be too sweet and portion is kinda small. Ube butter bar: 2/5 the gram cracker crumb was way too hard. The ube top is lacked in flavor cause it tastes more like a butter bar than an ube bar. ( asked the employee what is it and she couldn't explained it) Ube flan cupcake: 3/5 cupcake is dry, lack of flavor as well but the flan is good to balance for the cupcake. Hibiscus tea: 4/5 diluted a little bit but it was fine Tiger tea: 1/5 terrible, super diluted, tastes like water and thai tea, boba was bitter and way too soft that melted in your mouth right away. ( I had this drink before and it was one of my favorite drink here but it is just not right here) Overall: I am not sure if I will come back but maybe come back for their halo halo.

Got some Ube desserts from this place. Got the Ube tres leches and a the Ube cheesecake. The cheesecake was okay but the tres leches was really good! Will try other things in the future for sure! Also has a nice cafe vibe if you wanna dine in or go for desserts with your date!

Customer service was excellent!! Literally came for the first time since I've been seeing this place all over my for you page on social media. It wasn't busy but they were on top when it came to preparing the drinks. I went with my dog, Buddy, and I noticed they had a water bowl so it is very pet friendly place. They have a lot of area for sitting down.

Finally drove to Chandler 2 Sundays ago after my oldest has been talking about trying this "Ube Place" for weeks We picked our desserts , but not everything in the menu is available during our visit. We ordered the Hibiscus and Strawberry Calamansi Coolers, Ube Flan Cup Cake, Banana Pop tart and Ube Butter Bars. I would say that my favorite dessert will be the Ube Butter Bar, it was delicious. All the desserts look delectable but I find that the Banana Pop tart could use a little more banana filling. I also thought the Ube Cupcake is a bit dense and would have preferred it to be more moist and the flan on top would have been creamier. My oldest love her Strawberry Calamansi drink but the Hibiscus Calamansi did not taste right together, there was this bitter taste at the end of each sip and IMO Hibiscus and Calamansi were too acidic together. I'm willing to give this place another chance and plan to try their Halo halo on my next visit but will definitely go back for the Ube Butter Bars.

Writing this as I sit here enjoying my one milk tea. The one flavor in the milk is perfect. It isn't like other places where you get the purple but barely taste the ube. Also just demolished this halo halo bread pudding. You can taste all the flavors in that bread pudding! My wife had the ube milk shake and the cookie crumbs added into it made the drink that much better. My son ordered the Milo milk tea which he says is ok, could be better. Overall the things we ordered tasted really good! The service was great. Mind you we came on a Wednesday at 1pm so there wasn't that many people. The food and drinks came out in a timely manner and the server was very friendly. The seating area is cool. Great spot to hand out with friends. There's even a couch lounge right by the door. Overall great experience if you enjoy ube and boba milk tea!

I was so excited to see Cafe 86 open a location in Arizona! I tried their desserts in LA and I absolutely loved them We got their Ube Butter Bar, Ube cheesecake, Ube latte and Ube ice cream (not pictured). All their baked goods were really good. The Ube latte was too sweet. I added a shot of espresso and could not taste the espresso at all. I wish they had better forks though because it was too flimsy and was hard to get into the desserts. I wanted to try their crinkle cookie but they were out of it. Can't wait to go back so I could try their crinkle cookie and halo halo
Where to begin. This place is basically all I've ever wanted as a pinoy wasian. Every time I come here I get the Upside-down Halo-Halo and something different on the ube menu. Current favorite in terms of these are the Ube pop-tart and the Ube Butter Bar.

By far the best ube deserts I have ever tried. The ube pop tart is definitely a must try- not too sweet just right. The ube muffin and flan was also good but more if you like sweeter pastries.As for the coffee, I went safe with white chocolate latte and it didn’t disappoint. Had the right balance of espresso, milk, and syrup.

This place was poppin on a Wednesday night. A nice spot to meet friends. The peach mango tea was very tart, not that good but everyone had boba so I think I should have gotten one also. There's a small couch in the front and a few tables.
