We enjoyed our first visit. The chips had that hint of old fryer oil so I think that needs a deep clean but everything else tasted fresh and staff were great. Lots of food for lunch. Clean with lots of tables and so many drink options!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. These employees NEVER get your order right. Came in and no one else was in the restaurant and they still couldn’t get my order right. Making an order isn’t rocket science.

Maybe the 8th time iv come Into this place to pick up and order and they are completely empty not 1 person in here and they haven't even started the order, ridiculous, after years and years of doordash and uber eats being a thing they still haven't learned to put a 10 minute timer in the app so delivery drivers are sent these orders 10 minutes after the restaurant gets the order, every other places has figured this out except this rio. Management needs retraining or replaced

ordered three grilled chicken taco entrees on the app last night for curbside pick up. I pulled up to the marked curbside delivery parking spots and waited....and waited.... Finally my passenger decided to run in to the empty restaurant to go pick up the order because clearly no one was going to bring us our order. When my passenger got back to the car and handed me my order, I noticed there were only two entrees in the bag....not three. I had to get out the car and go into the empty restaurant only to see employees standing around on their phones. How can you mess up an order when you don't have any customers? I could understand if it was swamped, but it was a ghost town. The cashier was nice and she informed she forgot to make the other entree and she began making it for me. No problem, just an inconvenience. I finally got back to the car, drove 15 minutes home only to open up the to-go box and realize that not only are all 6 tacos barely filled with meat, but it's shredded chicken. I specifically paid extra for the fire-grilled chicken. Frustrated, I drove all the way back to the store, walked right up to the cashier counter and had to wait for the cashier to finish eating and chatting with her friend at a table, to come assist me. I informed her that all the entrees have shredded chicken when they should have the fire-grilled chicken. She apologizes and told me they were actually out of the fire-grilled chicken and then gave me a refund. Why wasn't I informed earlier when I originally ordered? Annoyed and frustrated, I headed home only to notice that I was charged three times on my credit card.... Will not be back and definitely do not recommend
