Love this place - the soups and service are outstanding. Highly recommend Wisconsin Cheddar soup and the grilled cheese. Plenty of seating, although it's generally not very cozy. Fantastic selection of items, although with me having allergies to all fresh fruit and raw vegetables, I'm very limited personally. That being said, Cafe Zupas is still one of my favorite places to eat due to excellent flavor and portions. Also have a wonderful drink variety.Parking: Lots of parking, but only a few spots directly in front.

If you are going to charge someone $14.99 for a brisket sandwich, maybe put some brisket on it? My sandwich had a few shreds of meat and a pile of cabbage and pickles. I will never go back to this place.

Went here 3/3/24. It was an absolute zoo. The staff tried to stay up with the crowd. The staff was personable. The food was ordinary but reasonably priced. The restaurant was a mess it was not due to trying to keep up, but I think the restaurant is a bit under staffed.

Cafe Zupas is another company taking part in Greedflation. $50 for two people for two salad and two tiny little sandwiches? Then they want me to tip their employees for simply doing their job! Come on. I will not be going back any time soon. Good food does not need to have a high price point. No wonder the place was dead at lunch time.

Placed an online order at 1:30pm for a 2pm pick up. Waiting over 20 mins for chicken soup! Just soup. Horrible service. If you're sick and want a quick curbside order for soup don't come here. So many other places with good food and better service to choose.

I ordered a half size Glazed chipotle salad for $10.29 and paid $2.50 for extra chicken, so $13/14 with tax. Yes, I ordered the half size but considering that was still $10, I assumed I was getting the size that comes at most other places, not this glorified side salad. And about that extra chicken? There's maybe 2oz of chicken on here. Makes me wonder how much you get with a single order. Taste is fine but I wouldn't say it's better than Salad And Go at double the price. Normally, a half size salad is more than enough food but this will leave you needing to get something more to eat. Maybe other things are good but this NOT a go-to for salads.

Love the food but they can NEVER get my order right I get the same thing every time and it’s always missing a topping on my salad or extra toppings that I pay for. I get the chicken noodle soup every time with my salad and it never tastes the same either super bland or super salty. I’ve been coming here for years now and it’s never been this bad not sure if it’s this location but it’s disappointing every time.

The staff were not paying attention and were really operating at a subpar level, which overall made it a less than stellar experience. While I was there I saw one girl dump a bowl into the ingredients, cross contaminating everything in the general area, I asked for a brisket grilled cheese and ended up with a BBQ brisket sandwich despite me asking 2 different employees “Is that a Brisket Grilled Cheese?” I set my tray down, checked my receipt and saw they charged me for the BBQ Brisket. I walked up to where they make the sandwiches and asked the guy “what’s in a Brisket Grilled Cheese” he stared at me and the girl who checked me out just said “I could have sworn you said BBQ” I told her that not only had I not said that but I asked her and another guy if it was the grilled cheese. They ended up giving me the right sandwich but cmon, why would I be up here if I said BBQ? Then another person was sitting down at a table and one of the staff came over and said “Sir, you didn’t finish paying“ I haven’t been in a while and the food wasn’t as good as I remember, brisket was super stringy. All in all a general disappointment. The best part was my berries salad, but it’s difficult to mess that up.
