This Cheddars was hideous! The young hosts at the front are in desperate need of proper etiquette training. This restaurant is not capable of handling large groups. The waitresses rush through the ordering process and deliver the wrong items. Management has no control of their staff.

The croissants are to die for! I had the chicken fried chicken and I took half of it home because it was so big. I brought a friend for the first time and she said it is now her favorite place.
We phoned in our order. New Orleans Pasta and Chicken Tenders & Shrimp. Pasta was pretty dry. I picked out the chicken & Shrimp and only ate that. Garlic bread was not good at all. Fried shrimp wasn't breaded properly, breading was falling off the shrimp. Chicken tenders were basically all breading with a piece of chicken hidden inside. Only thing that was good was the bread. We were so disappointed. We threw most of it away. Total waste of money.

Great service in bar. Food is ok. Menu changed and not much to offer on werkends.
Long wait for a table. People seated 15 minutes after us got their food 10 minutes before us. It was 65 minutes after we walked in until we got our food. Plates had wrong side dishes and they were cold. We were not offered refills on our drinks until we had finished our meal and were paying our bill. Obviously our order was not a priority for our waitress.

Yummy home style cooking. Prices are reasonable. Nice atmosphere.
This is a nice restaurant with reasonable prices for families, good food, great service, but misses the mark on detail.We were immediately seated with a party of 5, and the menu handed to my wife was covered in something sticky and gross. Whatever was on it, also got all over the table. So we had to request our table wiped and go wash our hands. When my wife went into the bathroom, there was an employee smoking in there. This almost made us leave., but then our waitress, Sara came to the rescue!She was very attentive and apologized about everything, got our table cleaned up and our order in. I would have left 1 or 2 stars if it wasn’t for her. The food was fantastic and we left full Ava happy. Thank you to Sara for a great dining experience.

If I could give zero stars I would, we had the worst experience at this location ever this evening. We had a party of 8 and a highchair and was quoted a 50 min wait- cool no problem, its a Saturday night and we anticipated it being busy. After an hour we are told 10 more mins and then we get sat 15mins later. We then are sitting at our table for another 15 mins and had to talk to 5 people to get a server to us to get our order taken. A drink is forgotten, an appetizer is upcharged accidentally, both are resolved after mentioned at least twice. We get our food and our server hands my little sister her dish and it is piping hot to where her hands get burned. No warning from the server about the temperature of the plate and no remorse or apology after she realized the plate burned her. From there it just escalated because we had been there close to 2 hours with barely just getting food and every step of the way going wrong. We ask for a manager, a manager comes and quickly decides he can't help us and that he needs to get the manager higher than himself to resolve our issues. After sharing our complaints and how this evening we had been nothing but ignored and overlooked and now burned due to their carelessness on all fronts, the manager concluded that there is no way that the server or his team could have made us feel this way because the server had been serving for 12 years. And "apparently" because they had missed every mark they needed us to tell them how to fix it. We weren't looking for a free meal, but a simple apology with dome empathy goes a long way and not one person in our party received that. We ended up leaving, with having our entire ticket comped out and I don't see us returning anytime soon after the blatant disrespect expressed from the Cheddars team this evening..

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a 16 top on the patio last night, which yes is a large table I get it. However, there was another 16 top right next to us who got their drinks AND appetizers before our server even came out to get our drink order. Our drinks took 45 minutes to get to us, they couldn’t even bother bringing us waters at least. We had to go inside to ask what was going on, we saw our drinks sitting on an empty table, our waitress said that she needed help bringing them out.. while there were 4 other servers standing right there. After finally getting our drinks the ice was melted, margaritas watered down. And then forgot 3 bottled beers and another margarita which they blamed it on the “machine being down” but I didn’t order a blended drink? I ordered the same margarita they had just brought out?! After finally getting our food order in…. It took an HOUR to get our food.. the manager was informed of the situation 3 times and never not once came out to our table. Getting our checks was another whole nightmare.. I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately. That was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Despite working 1/2 mile down the road for years and driving by countless times with hungry kids after gym meets, somehow went never tried this place until this week. Too bad. It’s quietly GREAT.The menu, while conservative, is a solid middle american type offering - similar to Texas Roadhouse. The food is high quality and very good. The biggest surprise was the price. While no restaurant is inexpensive these days, for what you get the price (a little bit below Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, etc) more than reasonable.Service was friendly and competent (if mildly rushed) and the place has nice, classic, mid-scale feel.Overall, this a great place to eat at a good price. Definitely gonna make it a regular stop whenever we’re in the area.
