I’ve never had Indian food like this. From the Indian that brought us there it was authentic southern Indian. I loved it.
Unfortunately, my experience with the food and customer service was extremely disappointing.Despite ordering masala chai and requesting it at the beginning of our meal, it did not arrive even after we had finished our entire meal. Additionally when inquiring about the vegetables in the Schezwan noodle dish, which is listed as being customizable with your choice of vegetables, I was simply told it comes with "mixed vegetables" when asking what type of vegetables. After repeating my question several times the waiter provide a list of vegetables half of which were not even included in our dish. The quality of the noodles was also subpar as the quantity of vegetables they did put was only a few pieces, so it was as eating just noodles in the sauce, which was a bit chewy.The waiter never came to our table to check on the food, or to see if we wanted anything. There were only 3 other tables occupied, so its not that they were busy. In the end, when the waiter brought the bill, he immediately directed us to the tip screen without showing us the total amount. Thats just not right!While I did find the idly/ sambar to be enjoyable, the overall poor customer service experience has deterred me from returning to this restaurant in the future.
