I really wanted to give this place five stars. The food was really tasty, however there were several misses. (1) The soda/ice machine was down (2) My short rib tacos were missing the caramelized onions (3) The potato medley was not a medley as the menu had stated - it did not include peppers and onions and was just potato (4) Similar to other reviews, we weren’t provided silverware and napkins until we requested. Advice: Please update your menu if you aren’t going to include ingredients listed.

Some of our four orders came out with errors but they were nice about correcting it. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working on this 110 degree day but the atmosphere is open with high ceilings. The food is amazing. Healthy varied menu and truly something for everyone to enjoy. I'd definitely return.

I was ecstatic when I first visited this place! I felt as if I were back in Atlanta!!! THATS how good the food was! I get the vegetarian wrap without the feta cheese and I add tofu. It is very good-but they are not consistent with it. The first week I was introduced to this place I ate there twice. Yum! The wrap was filled with fresh lettuce and lots of tofu with a beautiful fresh salad as the side with tomatoes and arugula. Weeks later I started going and the wraps begin to look anorexic with hardly any tofu and lettuce. The lettuce was brown and had no arugula and tomatoes. Mind you, this meal cost $17.99. FOR LETTUCE SNF TOFU!!!! Come on. Today, I called the manager, Mattie, and told her about the brown lettuce and asked if I could have a side to replace the brown lettuce. She said the system was not set up that way and o had to pay for the Brussels sprouts with the wrap. Here is what my wrap looked like today

This place was beyond disappointing. DREADFUL customer service. They were out of half the things we tried to order. And what we ended up for breakfast with was mediocre at best (they were also out of ketchup). Better off going to Panera or Wildflower.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this particular establishment. Arrived at 8:02am (opens at 8am) and the doors were still locked. No big deal...staff inside saw us trying to open the door...snickered and went into the back. Several other customers came by and checked the door as well...no response from the staff as they watched. At 8:11 I knocked on the door and waved a staffer to the door. She came and spoke through the door. She said they opened at 9am which wasn't the case. Eventually the manager (Matte) came and opened the door and agreed that they opened at 8am but they were having some issues in the kitchen. "Not enough staff", "Gas leak" were two of the options. Completely understandable issues...but come out and tell your waiting customers or put a sign up...any form of communication. When I stated exactly that...Jose decided he was going to get in my face in an intimidating manner...which was hilarious actually. Jose gave the "whatever" gesture and went back into the kitchen area. Eventually Matte brought me a card with the owner's name (Dave) and explained that what Jose did was inappropriate and mentioned that he was a bit -crazy- using the international finger in a circle motion near the head gesture duplicated by the other staffer nearby (name unknown). Matte should never had let Jose interact with a customer knowing that he's unstable, but she was very young and seemed intimidated by him and possibly me as well as I was irate at that point. We had a good exchange ultimately. I then called the owner and he seemed to just be rolling out of bed by his lethargic response...I get it. I explained the situation to him and he seemed completely indifferent. Which in all honestly is exactly how things are now. Customer service is at an all time low in most industries so this is fruitless and will have no impact to Cherish, Dave, Jose and maybe Matte either. Regardless of how 1st world problem this review is I felt it was necessary to post my experience. I wished Dave "good luck" with his business and went to BLD down the street and had a kick a** experience.

I want to love this place because the menu is phenomenal. Service is awful and unattended. No silverware and had to ask several times. Also had to get up to get napkins, normal eating utensils, etc.Everything is drenched in oils and greasy likefast food as far as the food goes. Not only that they got our orders wrong twice and ended up just trying to scoop the problem off my plate so there was allergens on it still (cheese) and they reserved it to me. I asked for it to be remade too. The Ahi was way overdone and rubbery, the avocado toast was burnt, and the steak sandwich was covered in grease. This is really unfortunate because if the service and food was better the concept is great and would attract many people. I unfortunately won’t be going back after today.

Cute place. Order at counter, get a number and they will bring your order. Friendly staff and liked being able to see the kitchen in action.

I've come here a few times now, and it's not bad, but not great. I appreciate that they have vegan breakfast options so that's why I return. The vegan eggs are unfortunately a weird texture. I've had tofu eggs and Just egg, but I don't know what they use. If they switched to Just Egg, it would be perfect. They also often have a long wait, which is pretty standard for a Sunday brunch place but they have plenty of seating and you can mobile order from your table if the line is long

Every time I come here, I feel happy. It's an exciting experience to know that some restaurants care about providing ethical and local food sources, since the 99 do not. The food I've ordered has always been delicious and I think it's definitely a restaurant worth supporting!

Bright and airy ambiance. Love the healthy food options. Ordered steak plate. Meat was good, veggies were also good. Nothing remarkable. You order upon entry, then seat and servers bring your food to your table. Love this place as option when eating with coworkers on restricted diets.

We should have known when we walked in for brunch at 9:30am and were the only customers there. We ordered eggs benedict, avocado, and bacon sides. We waited 25 minutes for our food. When it arrived the eggs were ice cold, had no ham, a drop of tasteless hollandaise, but the fried potatoes weren't too bad. The coffee was OK! Suffice to say we'll not be returning to this overpriced slow food restaurant.

I have been here multiple times at varying times of day and have always had a positive experience. There are nourishing and delectable food options for all sorts of dietary preferences. As a vegetarian myself, I have consistently enjoyed a plethora of their menu items. The staff always have a cheerful disposition as well. The prices are a little high, but I find them worthwhile for the comprehensive experience. Definitely worth a try.

I was excited to come here because I wanted to a place the had organic offerings. However, they were out of steak so my child went with the chicken and it was simply grilled, no seasoning. When the staff asked if I needed any condiments I asked if they had BBQ for the chicken and he looked at me as if I asked the wrong question. The woman that took our order wasn’t the most friendly, either. When I asked if they had Apple Pay she gave me a stone cold smirk and said no and impatiently reached her hand out to me. Service was very subpar. The burger was fair and Mac n cheese was good. But the quinoa tasted like it was burnt and not washed properly. Sadly, we won’t be coming back. So disappointed in the service.

Just WOW. First time trying this place and it is now my favorite. We need more healthier options like this. Had the grass fed steak with potatoes and rice, everything was amazing! I will be blowing plenty of money at this place. Thank you so much.

We ate here for lunch and loved the good food. It was very fresh and filling! Sometimes when you buy healthier type food it is not filling, but this was all fresh and delicious! Love that it has vegan, and gluten free options on the menu. Game changer and worth every penny!
