Very busy restaurant with nice people, but my order was missing a key ingredient that I didn't notice until the end. I knew my food wasn't as good as the last time, but I assumed something had changed. Turned out the server just forgotten to bring it. Luckily, this location is an hour from home, so I won't have to worry about a 'next time'. Also, we asked for separate checks, and my friend ordered herself an appetizer. I didn't notice until I got home that the server put half of it on my bill.

just ordered online via uber eats and was so excited because i did not want to cook tonight. ordered 2 entrees: one with steak, mashed potatoes, street corn and fries. this entree was missing the mashed potatoes and added avocado to the steak and asparagus on the side instead..why??? the 2nd entree was half ribs half chicken crispers, corn on the cob, and fries. 2nd entree was missing the chicken crispers and the corn on the cob. again, asparagus was added and i did not choose this. also ordered chips and salsa. no salsa came with the chips. such a disappointment as the order came up to around $90 including tip. uber eats didn’t care and only refunded me $9. i just don’t understand how a simple order could be so wrong and how do you forget salsa with the chips? food and delivery is way too expensive for chili’s to be messing up the order.

Hey its Chilli's what do ypu expect fro. A chain store. Good food, reasonable prices but this place had above average service and much cleaner than competitors.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wide parking and access. Table selection for wheelchair is not ideal but they paid attention and got us out of the aisle.
I brought my son for his birthday. We had a good time. Played the little trivia game! The food was Sooo good. Server was fast, friendly, checked in just the right amount. Never thought of myself as a ribs person. Chili's ribs were so good I wanted more. I got the two meat combo with ribs and chicken tenders. He got bacon cheeseburger. Our server was great, food came out awesome. Only reason I gave the 4 stars was because his burger was a bit charred with that hard crunch on the bottom which he doesn't like. But he's too sensitive to send back. Otherwise we both left stuffed and happy!

Ordered some wings to start as an appetizer which they were raw told my waiter he came back with the manager named Kimberly she seemed annoyed she had to come to the table as she was arguing with my husband insisting the chicken wings were not raw that’s just how they cook them no sorry nothing but pictures speak for itself so here ya go .. terrible food and terrible service

A gift card brought us here for dinner on this weeknight. Parking was wheelchair accessible, generous, and up front, and the lot was not full. The restrooms were clean, wheelchair accessible, and stocked.The dining room was 3/4 empty as we got there before an evening rush. We were seated right away.The menu has been upgraded with price increases and some favorites have disappeared. The 'Three for Me' menu selection is new since our last visit. A choice of salad or soup, an entrée, and a beverage, with upgrades in every category. My dining partner ordered off this menu: the 6oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, and a dinner salad. The mashed potatoes were better than most, and he said the steak was good. He is easier to please than me. I ordered a chili bowl and a chef's salad. The chili was a straight up disappointment. The only flavor was salt. Much too much salty. When I commented to the waitress, she said she hears that a lot, and she admitted it was canned. If this is a common problem, why is it allowed to continue? Alongside the chili, I ordered a Caesar Salad. That was also a disappointment. Caesar Salads are not usually made with what appeared to be a spring mix of greens, and what was served was the stem pieces of the greens. The house salad looked better and tasted better too. When it came time to pay, the waitress came by to assist us with the machine, as I said I didn't care to use it. Again, she said that most people do not like to use it, so she did it. She it required some questions. I refused to do this, so she answered them. If people don't like that either, why not adapt to what customers like? She was pleasant, but the policies are inflexible. That is a reason to not return, along with the disappointing meal.Parking: Parking was wheelchair accessible, generous, and up front, and the lot was not full.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot , the restrooms, and the dining room are wheelchair accessible.
