This location always hands down gives me the best portion! I get a veggie bowl and I feel as though I get my moneys worth! They never skimp you on the guacamole and are always willing to give you extra sides. The employees are busy yet always kind when you get to the front of the line.

Healthier options with brown rice and fajita pepper mix with pico de Gallo. ?The source cream and cheese are optional and yummy but if you opt then you will keep it a little better.So very good. Highest recommendation for this location and chain.Please keep up the Awesome work Chippy!!
Not actively cooking, food was ice cold, out of products that they are advertised on TV and social media...False advertising. I won't be returning to this location and I wouldn't recommend anyone eats here.

got told someone would be right with us and those two people walked to the back but then a third person with very very poor attitude comes out and grudgingly makes at least most of our order… as she scrapes the bottom of the rice pan explains that they’re out of white rice when there’s an hour and half til they close. My boyfriend wanted double protein and worked at chipotle before and watched her skimp out on his portion and when asking if it was double she claimed no added more then proceeded to try and charge for triple protein. he quickly told her it was not triple and she tried to argue. very terrible customer service. won’t be back to this location any time soon.
I enjoy eating Chipotle, however the location on Alma school and chandler has an male aisan decent employee whose hygiene is very poor. I wasn't comfortable with having him handle my food. Last night I ordered the carne asada, double meat, burrito bowl. I order from this Chipolte location very often. Last night the steak was gray, dry, hard, inedible. They also skimped on the cheese and sour cream. I ordered corn salsa, didn't get it. My meal was just awful.

I was "that guy" tonight who arrived just before close.. they were very nice and accommodating (and I wasn't expecting them to have everything) and got lucky and they had what I wanted!!! The only gripe I have (if you can call it that!) Is that I asked the lady when we started that I wanted a "small burrito, so we're trying go do that." It didn't happen ?
