The best chipotle ive ever been too. Everything is always fresh and if it's not when you visit well stop going an hour before close.. of course it won't be fresh.

I use to love Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl with double meat, white rice, corn salsa, green chili salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I couldn’t finish it because It was so soggy because it was watery and the rice was crunchy as if it were uncooked. Also I ordered double meat and it did not seem like there was double meat in there.

After seeing the recents reviews looks like I wasn’t the only one, extremely disappointed. I had order online and when I went to go pick up my food, drove to work, come to find out there’s barely any chicken or toppings. I want a refund please. I have never had a problem with ordering online:(

Every chipotle I’ve ever been too has always given to scoops of protein per standard bowl.Went to this location as there was a long line. Barbacoa was empty and all other proteins were running low. As he puts my chicken in it’s hardly one scoop as they were trying to skim on the meat to reserve enough for the many ppl in line forcing me to accept inadequate amount of meat.So I ask for extra and I was charged $5.30 extra for what should be the standard portion to begin with.My standard bowl should of been $10.85I ended up paying $17.46I feel it was a rip off due to their lack up keeping up with the amount of ppl coming in.

Went there, asked for a side of guac WITH my meal while ordering and the young lady cashier and one of the older men, 30ish, threw a huge fit and berated me bc i asked for it on the side in a separate container. Everyone behind me was appalled. If it happens again, they better be careful ;)
I had a disappointing experience where the same item I purchased locally was more expensive than in Goodyear and Phoenix areas (before tax). The two cashiers who overcharged me claimed to be the general manager and assistant manager. It's concerning that these managers didn't ensure the team filled the food properly, leading to cold rice and food. They also seemed unfamiliar with the prices in the system. The assistant manager even suggested I go elsewhere to make my purchase. How can an assistant manager treat a customer like this?

Came in to order our regular order and was told if I want to order a quesadilla I need to download the app order it online pay through the app and that is the only way I can order this food. I order quesadillas chipotle all the time and I’ve literally never been told this before so if this truly is the policy, you just lost business permanently because of this.SIDE NOTEWe drove to a different location and had NO issues ordering a quesadilla at the counter.
