This place is always so chaotic and they never have their act together... Either they're out of something, equipment is broken or the wait time is unacceptable... Just not my favorite place to go.

Absolute worst experience ever. When we arrived we were the only people in the whole restaurant. It still took them 30+ minutes to get our food done. They were out of various things we wanted and said they would not be making more, forgot parts to the kids meals, used the same gloves for everything. I have cinnamon sugar on my side of limes. If I could rate a zero I would. Do not recommend.

Elle’s service was great! It’s been a long time since I’ve been impressed with service at a chain but she was so friendly and polite and she knew the right things to say and ask about food preferences. It looked like she was also training Arrow and was so patient with them as well.

Our store had lunch catered in and the service was great! The food was really good- large size burritos and they have vegan options! Melissa and John are wonderful to work with! We will definitely be ordering from the Chandler Costa Vida again!

Joanie is absolutely incredible! The store was very busy and she was efficient and attentive. It was our first time and we will definitely be back.My order was 2 Enchiladas, 1 steak & 1 raspberry Chipotle chicken. They serve coke products.
It was busy because of the family in front of us (they were difficult). Our food was delicious, hot, and filling! Our service was exceptional!! We went during happy hour. The queso is super yummy.

Was choosing lunch today and I wanted something new something fresh! I saw this restaurant an gave it a shot, great idea! Their food was sweet, savory and had great portion size for the price. Definitely going again!
