Dinner here for husband's birthday was fantastic! Loved everything about it! The staff, the food and the vibe, was wonderful! We shall return to check out their happy hour for sure, and I suggest you do the same.

We had a wonderful dinner with family. The food and drinks were outstanding, as well as the service. Beautiful surroundings with gentle jazz music in the background made it easy to converse and relax. Can't wait to return.

The food is objectively terrible and more overpriced than any restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I knew about the high prices beforehand which is fine. I have eaten at expensive restaurants before and I always felt satisfied afterwords because the food was good enough to warrant the high price tag. At this restaurant, I felt scammed and ripped off and I was shocked at how poor the food was given the price. When you pay a high price you should expect a baseline level of quality. At this restaurant I would not have even paid $50 for the meal I received which included a pastry, appetizer, salad, entree, and desert. We did not even order any wine (which started at over $40 for a glass) but I ended up paying over $300 including gratuity and taxes. The appetizer was a puff pastry made from what tasted like Pillsbury pre-made dough filled with cream cheese. There was a "rocky point shrimp" appetizer which was a meager three pieces of shrimp on top of what tasted like bland guacamole. I am almost certain that the shrimp was frozen and not from rocky point. The "salad" was the plastic box greens from your neighborhood grocery store with a little bit of balsamic vinegar drizzled on top and some feta cheese plus a single canned grapefruit slice. It was appalling to have paid such a high price for something that a child could make at home. The entree was the highlight and was actually mediocre rather than just flat out terrible. The entree was scallops. This part was not a complete scam like the meal as a whole. I would have been willing to pay about $20 - $30 for it. The service at the restaurant was good and I cannot complain about that aspect. I am not trying to be biased. I am simply sharing my experience as honestly as I can. I almost never leave reviews at restaurants but the differential between the ingredient quality and the price was unlike anything I have experienced before and I would not want anybody to pay such a high price for such poor quality food.

Best hidden gem in Chandler! Incredible food, excellent service and a vibe that's perfect for a special occasion or a dinner with friends/family. We've been dining here since they opened in 2016. We always reserve on Open Table and request to dine at the bar as we like to interact with Killian and Francisco, but anywhere you sit in the restaurant is wonderful. Last night was our first date-aversary that we celebrate every year rather than Valentine's Day. (We're on 16 years). The scallop dish I had was seriously the best entree I've ever had here, and that's saying a lot. Also, their lobster croquettes starter is amazing. The wine selection is extensive and sommelier Killian will always give his recommendations upon request. This is French food to die for. If you haven't tried it, you're really missing out!

As always, we had an amazing evening at Cuisine & Wine Bistro. The food is outstanding - the scallops were to die for - and the service was perfect! You are never rushed and it makes for a wonderful evening and we will return soon.

Have loved this place since first visit. Always great food and service. My only concern, and it is minimal, is the noise level. There is no dampening material so when the place gets busy (especially with people that don't know how to have a quiet dinner conversation) it gets a bit loud for what should be a quiet bistro. But then again, I'm old so...

My 12 year old (foodie) son and I ate here for our monthly Mama/Kiddo date night, and it was beyond excellent! We like to go to a new upscale restaurant once a month to try something new, but now he wants to come back here once a month until we've tried everything! Frog legs were amazing, my son loved the herb crusted lamb, and the beef wellington was so good! The chocolate dessert that was the special was so good that we also ordered one to go. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

First Timers Here!!I made a Birthday reservation for my boyfriend solely on the good reviews, however our experience differed a bit. We arrived a few minutes early & were seated right away, which was good.Nice ambiance, but no table dressing or mention of a birthday celebration…okay fine. The Server was nice, but the service was pretty slow and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The food was also rather underwhelming. We ordered lobster croquettes & Caesar salad as appetizers. The lobster didn’t taste fresh and the lettuce was hard, not crisp. For our entrees, my boyfriend ordered the ribeye (medium) and I ordered the salmon. Both were overcooked. To top it off, when the Server did call out the birthday she offered us a choice of dessert or champagne. We opted for the champagne. When she finally returned, she had one small glass of champagne. Two glasses of champagne for us to cheers on his special day would’ve been ideal, but I digress. We probably won’t return, but I do hope the next customer experience is better than ours was.

The service staff were attentive and well trained. The Beef Wellington is served medium rare with no option for medium. Unfortunately it came out rare. The caramelized onion and brie gratin potatoes were under seasoned and over powered by the brie.

My 12 year old (foodie) son and I checked this place out for our monthly Mama/Kiddo date night and we were so glad we did! The food was amazing, the service was friendly and we will definitely be coming back! The frog legs, lamb and Beef Wellington were excellent.
