Management does not seem to care about mistakes made. 3 times in a row I've received the incorrect order and very rarely do they remember to give sauce so almost every time I need to run inside to grab sauce as they will not come back to the window after giving you your food. It's amazing that they will ask if you want sauce then not give it to you, so just a vapid question with no intent to fulfill the requested items.

Reading the other reviews, this issue has been on going and despite receiving the same dismissive response as other patrons, clearly nothing is being done. (Original review) 2nd time I've came to this location for it to be closed before 10 despite advertising they are open til 12.

Food was as expected, except for the carne asada was burnt.I interrupted the two girls that took my order. Insta was way more important than helping me. She could barely put her phone down. Super annoying. As I ate inside, all I could here was them laughing and screaming about something on Instagram.Meanwhile….NPR(radio) was their music selection over their radio instead of music.Super bizarre time at DelTaco!

Manager was down right rude. The front counter person wax on a change run. Due to the probable incompetence of the manager not retaining enough change to properly maintain the tills. After standing at the counter for about 15 minutes she finally came and took my order. Part of my order was my birthday milkshake. My food order was placed on the counter and I was still waiting for my milkshake. The young man who was supposed to be on the counter returned put some fives and ones into his till. Then he gave some more fives to the manager on the drive thru window. He started taking customers orders. Then he turned and asked me what I needed. I responded that I was waiting for my milkshake. The manager snapped at me and said I told you I would get that to you as soon as I can. The young man then actually made my milkshake and handed it to me. He was the ideal employee handling his customers with speed and politeness. Del Taco should consider retraining the manager as her customer service skill are sorely lacking if not totally nonexistent.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, the night staff needs some major help. There's been several negative occasions where Ive been told there either out of Chicken and Beef or both? (Like What?), there only taking Uber Eats orders?( thats a 1st) also having your customers back out of your drive thru is embarrassing on your end. To the General Manager I'd recommend keeping an eye on your night shift there super lazy and dont wanna to work. Ill be notifying your district manager if these lame excuses aren't fixed.......

This del taco is by far the very best in the nation. I am a travel circus act and frequent del taco restaurants on a regular basis. I was so impressed with this particular experience due to the fact that halfway into my dining, I completely forgot I was at a budget friendly Americanized Mexican influenced restaurant. The food was served at an optimal temperature, and my server had a pleasant expression on their face when handing me my void filling substances. I wish for nothing less than this location to win some sort of nationwide award of sorts. They really delivered an unforgettable experience for me and my circus buddies.

Saturday night, web says its open until 11pm. I pull in at 915pm.....and its closed, lights out. Thru the windows, I see a woman sweeping. Noone answers in the drive thru. Ive talked to the Del Taco founder a few times in Barstow....great guy! I guess its time to contact him about this poorly run DT.

Twice we have come here at 7pm and the doors are locked. Posted hours say they are open till 10pm. Not very friendly staff. The line for the drive thru was 12 cars deep, due to it being taco tuesday.....Do Better.

I tried to pick up an Uber Eats order around 730, they had locked the doors for some reason, went through the drive-through and nobody has spoken to me in over 20 minutes, and they're all just standing around. There is quite a line forming now, and she has yet to talk to me. Apparently them locking the doors is very common, given it's on a bunch of other reviews, but that's ridiculous.
