The staff was friendly and it was clean. I wasn’t really all that impressed by the doughnuts. They were slightly fat with a different texture. It’s only a vanilla doughnut with glaze/chocolate and another topping. So not a lot of variety. It is made fresh after ordering so it’s extremely hot when you get it.
Duck donuts was great! Wow! Never had a better hangover snack. I truly enjoyed ordering and WOW kade. Truly the best coustmer service I’ve ever had . Thank you for an enjoyable time. Will be back tomorrow.

Not bad for a cake donut. I got glazed which glued itself to the bottom of the box by the time I got home. Kind of expected for a hot donut with warm sugar. Tasted good anyway.

Very unique and creative donuts. You can put toppings on your donuts like bacon, Oreos, hot fudge, icing, blueberries, strawberries, tons of options. They make the donuts fresh daily. The donuts are ridiculously fresh and delicious. They had an extra and it was towards the end of the day, so the employee gave me an extra one for free!

I got a glimps of his name tag and I believe his name was Gabriel! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello! He asked if I had been to Duck Donuts before in which I replied No. He took the time to explain everything and walked me through the menu! That is amazing customer service! I wasn’t rushed at all. He was so patient and kind! He even brought my drink out to the table which is going the extra mile! You have a fantastic employee and great employees like him are very hard to come by! We came from Maricopa and will absolutely be making the trip back!

We ordered 2 dozen assorted. They were helpful and patient while we chose. So delicious, we started eating them for dessert.
The reason for the low score..donut wasn't cooked completely. 1 side collapsed and was flat. It was not as pictured . The flavor was good but left us flat, like the donut.
