Not sure what's going on here at this sketchy establishment but we had very terrible service from the moment we stepped in...empty tables yet told to wait, then told to sit, then told they don't carry whisky when we saw it right on the shelf...server was aloof, agitated, dazed, confused, panicked & ill prepared. Spilt beer on table, overpaid drinks, & filthy restroom

Was in on 3/14/24 in the evening, the service from the lady attending us was horrible. We were given no refills during our whole stay to start. I had mentioned to the lady that the spring rolls that had been served to us were soggy, she explained that she was unable to do anything about it and it still had to be paid for. Spring rolls are meant to be crunchy not soggy. Don’t go here if you want to be charged full price for food that has been left over in the kitchen all day as well as receive bad customer service.

When my husband and I sat down it took awhile to be greeted. After waiting we were finally greeted with the menus. I didn’t catch the waiters name he didn’t speak much English and couldn’t understand us and kept running over to the cashier lady and she came to our table to ask what it was we wanted because the gentleman couldn’t understand we were asking for. Once we placed our oder, it took so long that we weren’t able to get our appetizers until after we were actually done eating our main dish. Once we were served, we weren’t checked on. Our wings we so soggy after asking for extra crispy. We complained that’s we no longer wanted our appetizers (wings) that they came after our main dish and how it was so soggy and was smothered in salad dressing how it was served. She didn't apologized instead got upset with us and walked away. The table was not picked up. They forgot what we order had to ask us so they can give us our check. It was a mess. Overall our experience was horrible we wanted to try something new and since it was close to our home we thought we would check it out. Food was ok not the best.

I would do zero stars if I could the waiters were just sitting in the back of the room and didn't bother approaching or doing anything until I stayed standing at the corner of the register just waiting to place an order to go. Finally the male gentleman came up to help and was super nice about it until the female waitress Mexican waitress came over to take over after she finished eating didn't bother washing her hands no nothing. Then she spoke English till I was paying then continued in Spanish just trying to explain if I had cents. But she didn't bother trying to speak English after that. She continued in Spanish. Then you know what I lied to her saying I don't but for her to trash talk about people and then have the male waiter do everything cleaning up the messes and sweeping while she was just staring at him sitting in the register chair laughing at him. And chit chatting with another female employee at the counter. This place used to be good and good customer service back in 2017 when I used to be in high school walking across the street to come eat here. It's not the same as it used to be. I wouldn't recommend coming back at all to this place. The sushi used to be better as well.

Our server barely spoke English. I asked if they had a beer or wine list and she said our food menu was "todo." I saw the full bar and asked for a glass of red wine and she said tengo Pinot Grigio. I said that's white wine, I would like red wine and she didn't understand me. Another server came over and said they have Merlot (she pronounced with a hard T). She then took our order and wrote it on her HAND. Yes, she wrote our order with pen on the palm of her hand! We got edamame which was dry and withered. And also the 2 vegetarian rolls. They were fine, but the rice was dry and fell apart. We had to go look for plates to eat our sushi on. We asked an employee for two small plates and apparently that was too much English to understand. No one came to check on us or refill our water and we had to chase down someone for our check. Horrible experience.

This place needs to have 1 billion stars. Best sushi place in Arizona. If you are looking for a sushi place, or revolving sushi, this would be it. I 1000% recommend coming here. Please don't ever go out of business. Service is fast and good. Love love love. And best sushi is found here.

Some people like to take risks, gambling, BASE jumping, big wave surfing, but dining out for sushi should not be one of them. When you dine here you really are gambling with your health and wellness. The sushi here is of such poor quality that you may wish you had chosen to spend the evening BASE jumping. Sushi rice was falling apart, sashimi had a spoiled taste. Miso soup was inedible, but it was served hot. Guest had a salad that was sent back. Service was just as bad as the food. Upon entering, most open dining areas had dirty plates strewn about. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The following day I have become aquatinted with my new friend: Pepto-Bismol. Seriously Yelpers, stay clear of this place.

Great lunch specials, one of the few places with bento boxes & $3 draft beer!

This is a disappointment to sushi lovers! Limited food on the conveyor, and the loud music just ruins everything! The staff are not trained to answer questions and are very rude! We are NOT going here again! ???

The Sushi that you get at Fry's grocery store was better than the Sushi here. We asked to get a fresh set of egg rolls because they were cold and soggy. The manager said it was cold inside there for the food will be cold? Didnt really understand that logic but, ok. Said she would comp out that plate, but didn't do it on the final receipt. Service was very lack luster. Never coming back again :)

Overall it was good just felt like the place could be more. The chairs were uncomfortable and the service wasn't great. The food was good and decent prices as well. Would I go again, not sure but not worth recommending.

Good sushi for the price and a ton of variety. A favorite of mine for a quick lunch. It's rather small inside but typically you can find a spot

I only come for the conveyor belt sushi. It’s a hit or miss. Tonight service not so great. Sushi almost always seems like it was previously frozen then thawed and served. & not sure why soy sauce taste sour. Sushi use to be great but that all change about 1 year ago.
