Ordered way ahead at a scheduled time. Left my baby in the car because I thought I could walk in, grab it, then walk out. Was not the case. I'm left standing at the pickup counter while I watch 3-4 people verbally order and receive their orders in front of me. Meanwhile I had about 20 minutes of waiting walking back to my car to console my baby crying the car isn't moving. It's at the 15minute waiting mark that multiple women, who were gossiping in the back, decided to finally come up front and actually work. A different woman every 5 minutes asked my order. Don't go to this one. (Or at least not for online orders)

My go-to spot for coffee and bagels. Food is always on point and the manager Zack there is super helpful.Friendly staff even though they’re always busy here! Great location and the store is always clean.

I've been coming to this particular shop every weekend for the last 5 years...today I was told by the acting manager that I can't buy 6 six cheese bagels all sliced and one toasted with a schmeer on it ...I have that order every weekend for the last 3 or 4 years and not one of the previous managers ever said they can't do that.... I'll be sure to extend my disappointment to the corporate office... As I've stated in past reviews this store has the best bagels in town... Manager not so impressive... Her reasoning was if it's busy we don't do that.... Too busy to give a customer a toasted bagel with a schmeer... Hmmmmmm

I came in to see a child who seemed to of just got out of bed coming out of the kitchen with her blanket, stuffed animal and iPad. A man (who I think is the manager or owner) handling food in a white t-shirt and shorts. He looked like he just got out of bed too. I didn’t know if he was packing himself his own bagels or customers orders. It just didn’t sit well. This must be some food handling violation.

Terrible! I ordered the lox bagel on a jalapeño to go. Took it out of the bag and it was cold and not even cut in half. Jalapeño on the bagel was clearly canned jalapeño so very poor quality. And there was barely any lox on my bagel. Honestly do not waste your money here at all you are better off with cereal haha

Place is crowded because service is very slow. I counted about 6 to 7 people working in the store. A lot of walking and talking while the customer line was long, no coffee available, and tables were dirty. I waited 25 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. Ridiculous!

Training new employees on cash register during the morning rush with no help is a serious management problem. The lady training was polite and can’t say anything bad she was trying. But 30 min to get a dozen bagels while other fully trained staff are just waiting around for the new person to serve a line extending out the door.Very poor management

We enjoy the bagel sandwich selection. The Nova Lox bagel is my favorite.

This location has infinitely better customer service then the location at Rural and ray. 3 times now at that location when ordering through door dash they have been out of cinnamon sugar bagels. All 3 times when I had my Dasher ask them to use any other bagel they had and add the cinnamon sugar mix to it they responded with, "we do not do that here". Now I ordered from this location and when I got my bagels I noticed they were sesame with cinnamon sugar added. In the bag there was a card that said they were sorry but they had none left and had to turn sesame bagels into cinnamon sugar. They also gave me a card for 2 free bagels. To have the same company operate so drastically different points directly to the quality of Manager at the stores. Obviously the manager at the rural and Ray location is completely disconnected and does not care about the individual customer. The manager at the 101 and Chandler Blvd store though is phenomenal and I will only buy from this store from this point forward. If dash directs me to the other store I will go out and pick it up myself from this location. This Manager has earned a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you for caring.

Always a clean, bright atmosphere and dining area. Bagels are fresh and perfectly baked. Staff is warm, friendly and welcoming! No pressure to leave! A great place to meet up with friends!

The food was ok, kinda skimpy but overall it was a good bagel. But the girl that took my order wasn't sure about anything I asked about. I just wanted extra ingredients and was willing to pay, but she said she didn't know how to enter it. That was frustrating. I got a feeling she was being fake. I understand that somedays you have to be, but at least she could have acted better. To many other bagel shops in town to worry about this one.
