Not a great experience. Tonight we had a party of 5 and our service was extremely slow. We started with drinks and an appetizer, potato skins. While we were waiting for those, a group of 3 were sat right next to us. They ended up getting their entire meal, ordered after they sat down, before we got refills...and they got a pizza, a bunch of wings and some other dish. I asked about our appetizer twice... nothing. Finally, our food came out, burgers and chicken tenders, but still no appetizer. When the potato skins finally did show, they were basically baked potatoes cut in half and sprinkled with some garnish. It sure if they were understaffed or training new people, but the whole $140 experience ( includes tip) left me wanting for no more. Very disappointing, as we really used to like coming here. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. (Btw... I know today was ncaa tourney, but the place was less than 1/2 full)

Tried the fish fry on Friday, and I must say I was surprised on how good it was. Being from Wisconsin, I'm kind of particular on the deep fried fish and coleslaw. The batter was light and airy, nearly tempura in comparison. Cod was flaky and tender. The coleslaw was good, not overly vinegar flavored. It's definitely a go-to place. Service was fantastic with friendly and prompt staff, I bet it was less than 10 minutes when our food arrived.

I ordered the fish fry, being it’s Friday. Honestly, when she placed my food in front of me I had to laugh. I actually thought someone was pulling a practical joke on me. I ordered the 2 piece fish. I got the smallest 2 pieces of fish I have ever gotten at a fish fry. Pathetic. Each piece was 2 bites. I actually felt embarrassed for the girl who had to deliver it. Don’t ever get the fish fry if you’re hungry. And $13? Are you kidding me? Won’t be going back to Fat Willy’s again, that’s for sure.
Ordered food and it was served cold. We sent our food back to be reheated. When they brought it back part of it stayed in the kitchen. They were out of butter. They never came back to ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Not one of my first 500 restaurants to return to. The Valley has too many other places that are just frankly better than this place.

The cold beer, hamburgers, fries and starters/appetizers are all excellent. Service is excellent as well. Prices are fair and reasonable. They say "the best happy hour in town"!
I had the pizza. Usually come for the hamburgers. Very good pizza. You cant beat their deal on Monday for their burger special. Great selection. Great food. Great service!

Service was below average. Lady was nice but not in a hurry. Ordered a burger, medium rare. Came back well done, and burnt on the outside. Really bad. But if burnt was a flavor, they nailed it. Fries were ok Also order wings with 2 sauces. Habanero and medium. Sauce was watery no flavor.

Good good, service Only OK. Our server / bartender spent most of his time on his phone! Atmosphere was cold and danky! Cleanliness was terrible! Bathrooms were totally filthy! Broken tables , old chairs, broken bar top! Needs some investment!

Had a hankering for some fish n chips so stopped by tonight for our first visit. Service was excellent and the food was great and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks, we'll be back!
