I have been going various Filiberto restaurants for the past 25 years and always have had good experiences until today. At this location when ordered a simple item huevos rancheros. And a quesadilla. The staff was nice. However may have failed to understand when I addressed the concern. The eggs were overcooked supposed to be over easy. Was going to eat past that but had multiple large egg shells in my eggs. Then when I decided to just eat the quesadilla realize that the cheese was not even melted inside went back and asked them to redo the eggs. And they handed me back a plate with eggs cooked all the way through. No shells this time

A plate doesn't come with a drink - Unlike other locations. The prices are insane. At this point you are better off going to a sit down restaurant.

I love Filiberto’s. It’s better than any other Mexican food chain. The only downfall is they are all sooo different. The quesadillas are amazing everywhere, but they are always a little different which is usually still fine. But at this location made it far different, the chicken quesadilla was SO spicy from here. I would have asked for no spice but other Filiberto’s don’t make them that spicy so I didn’t know to ask. I wanted to cry while eating it because of how spicy it was, but it was the only food I had. I wish there was more consistency with the locations.
This location prices seem higher than others. I also ask for a side of beans & rice in a black container ( Like I get.at.the.other Filberto's). They only add a scoop or rice & scoop of beans.I will go to other location and check their prices and request side of beans & rice in black container ( which I usually pay more for, a few dollars for 1/2 of each, Rice & Beans.Will keep you all posted. Filabertos was good I always get the carne asada fries to see how much carne asada they put on it and this location did not disappoint, I enjoyed my to plate at lunch and it didn't take long for them to have my order ready,I recommend going here...
