I had an issue where I needed a copy of my receipt. I had to call during lunch rush, he answered, heard my plight and jumped right in. Pulled up my receipt and had it to me in no time.People don't take care of people but Orlean does and goes above and beyond!I'll be back and I'll bring my peeps!

A great tasting pizza. Definitely on my top 10 pizzas to get in Arizona. I would recommend coming here instead of Pieology and mod pizza. The sauce is delicious and ofc the pizza as well. Unlimited topping on a personal pizza for only 11 bucks. I do wish they offered a thicker crust pizza. Other than that the place is usually clean some staff there are pretty good. Other staff members are lazy and very stingy when giving out Parmesan packets and crushed red pepper packets as well as the toppings on the pizza they act like it comes out there check.

This server named “Nicholas” was terrible. I was coming to the place for the first time, so I was struggling to order. This made me a little slow, and at first he was just a bit visually annoyed, but then he started cursing me out and yelling at me because I was taking too long. There wasn’t even a big line, but he was a horrible worker—the only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the food was tasty.

UPDATE 4: Visited the restaurant on 6/4/23. I had an issue where they had to void a transaction and redo it. I ended up getting double charged, even though they told me it wouldn't be double charged. I called and spoke to the manager, who didn't resolve it. They told me to email them to resolve it. The owner contacted and said he would look into it, but it never got handled. So I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Updating rating to a one star for all my time wasted.UPDATE 3: New management and it's up and down, depending on the staff that works tonight. There's been great service at times and awful service at times.UPDATE 2: They used to be a lot more friendlier and accommodating. Not sure if it was one of those off days, so I'll leave my review at a 5 star.UPDATE 1:Still give it at 5 star. I had an issue recently, but it was fixed very quickly. I used to manage a MOD pizza back in high school so I completely understand what it’s like to be around 18 year olds in a pizza place and having fun. However, there’s just certain things you don’t do in-front of customers that is just supposed to be common sense.Walking to and from the back with your mouth full of food every time you come back out to make a pizza is a little excessive.Little light skinned girl kept feeding herself, wearing the same gloves she used to cut my pizza. Also if they’re immature enough to play nosey’s when someone walks in as to who is going to help that customer, maybe they should have some supervision
