I stood their waiting for 3 minutes at the counter because the ding dong named Kellen stood at the register like a drone looking at me didn’t say a word because I wasn’t standing under the ‘order here’ sign. He then just stared at me again after I walked up to the register, didn’t say hi or anything had to awkwardly place my order. You need to train your employees in customer service, better yet hire people working with the public with basic social skills.

While reading reviews of this location, I was not sure how my visit would progress. After I ordered and was looking about only 1 table needed to be cleaned. One other customer was eating at a table. 8 mins for sandwich all good. 4 other customers came in the average sandwich prep time 9 mins.Time of arrival, 1:50 pm.Food was good.

App order so it was right in front of their face. Requested NO pickle (can't stand the smell) and when I got home guess what was in the container?!?!?! It's only a pickle but if the smell made you sick, you'd be pissed too. So much for double accuracy checking.

I ordered two sandwiches, both with additional toppings, at a pretty calm time with 5 people working behind the counter. Yet they somehow messed up both the sandwiches by missing out all the additonal toppings I had asked for and even some of the default included ones. The sandwiches also aren't very good compared to Jimmy John's or even Subway which is crazy. The food was edible, but I definitely would not recommend coming here.

Ordered a Tuna Sandwich to go and was very disappointed with the Tuna Portion.It was full of Lettuce and all the trimmings other than the Tuna.
