IF YOU ENJOY GETTING SOUP INSTEAD OF TACOS, THAT'S YOUR SPOTI ordered two taco plates for a take out. The tacos were soaked with the sauce to the point that the taco shells were so soggy, they were breaking into pieces when I tried to eat them. I removed the tacos from the takeout containers and you can see how much liquid is still there. I couldn't enjoy the fillings either, as they were way too vinegary.I talked to the manager on the phone and she told me that I need to bring the food back for a refund. What?! I don't have time for that. She also accused me of lying to get free food. Wow, just wow, what a poor customer service!I told her I could send her the photo evidence of soggy tacos but she declined. Then the manager said that someone is going to contact me regarding my experience. It's been over a week now and nobody did. So I had to email them and I got an apology for soggy tacos but not for the unprofessional attitude and lacking customer service - and a promise of the refund.

I decided to have dinner here for the first time with my son and my experience was not pleasant. It's evening time so I came in a little before 5pm and had to wait several mins before I was approached by anybody. The service just kinda continued to be sub par. We ordered our food along with chips, salsa and a drink. I didn't realize this place was cashless. I already had my twenty on the counter to pay but the girl continued to let me rummage for change before telling me that they don't accept cash. All I wanna do now is sit down and eat. I have my baby seated so I could get my drink, which they forgot to give me after paying. Go to get ice....no ice. Whatever I'm over it. My baby wants chips, I don't know how they usually look but mine were all stuck together and super hard like they've been sitting awhile. I'm hesitant to give it another chance.

This place has really gone down hill. We paid over $35.00 for lunch and it was not near as good as it used to be. The restaurant was dirty, we had to change tables a few times to find a somewhat clean table. We were the only ones in there when we walked in at 12:00. One of the workers was sitting at a table eating and drinking. When she got up to assist people who came in after us, she did not wash her hands. Guacamole was brown, cabbage was wilted, ice tea looked and tasted like it had been there a few days and there was no ice.I used to love this place....not sure if I will ever come back.

I’m 56 years old and have been a Mexican-food addict for my entire adult life. These were the best enchiladas I’ve ever had, period. This place is now my go-to for enchiladas! Can’t wait to try the tacos. Maybe Gadzooks will become my fave taco spot too. :-)

Promise of unique and quaint from the outside looks like tired fast food inside. I could not order anything from the menu due to cilantro allergy, however my travel companions enjoyed their own created tacos and enchiladas. Food looked decent but it's fast food at sit down prices.

First time been in this restaurant where could I start they way you could crest your own enchiladas and then they put in the pizza oven gives it a few taste I would recommend it 10/10 food was filling and great portions and they two young ladies very helpful and recommended a few stuff will be back no
