Friday afternoon we stopped here for lunch. Their menu doesn't quite say it but there is no lunch price listed for Friday's so you have to ask; of course we came to that conclusion before verifying with our server. The menu had a new item "Cheese Tonkatsu" and it looked very appetizing so we ordered it. GEN Korean BBQ exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and seated promptly. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and inviting, perfect for a fun night out with friends or family. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Food was good and service was not as bad as other reviews have made it out to be. Our server was attentive with getting our orders and changing the grills. It was definitely a loud atmosphere but that’s sort of expected with these types of places.
