We have been going to Honey Baked Ham, for 35 plus years, albeit in different states. My husband went to the one on Ocotillo in Chandler, December 23rd, we didn't open it until the 24th at night, it was burnt on top, no sugar coating and some what over cooked. I'm not sure why they don't let you see it before you pay for it like back in the day! So disappointed. Next time we'll ask to see it before we pay for it.

The clerk behind the counter was more like a robot than a person. Not friendly, not unkind, just no effort. There was a guy moving around in the back, he may have been the owner, and he offered no extension of friendliness either. My friend bought four $100.00 hams and sandwiches for the three of us. One would think that there would be at least a smile with a sale like that.Dietary restrictions: The meats are salty - not a good choice if a person has high blood pressure.

I always forget that this shop is here, finally got in today. Totally uninterested kids behind the counter, monotone voices. It's almost like we were bothering them. Dining room tables were dirty, crumbs on them. Sandwiches were delicious and worth the rest, I guess.

Unfortunately, my ham looked like it was burnt on the top and only had like one piece of the good part, the honey sugar. I think they burnt off the honey sugar..
We love this ham and turkey we like to have slices and never have a problem getting it at the store. The service is definitely outstanding never had a problem. I would definitely recommend the store to anyone and do not go to the one in Glendale, Arizona terrible service.
