The worst place I've ever ordered food from. I rode 30 minutes after leaving to find that I only got served 4 containers of white rice. After I asked the guy did they put eggs in the shrimp fried rice his reply was yes. I got home and I paid 65 for four plates of meat with white

This place will probably close soon. Sad, but it's 100% their fault.

I ordered tea and the guy brings me a small pot of tea the whole pot was filthy it looked like it had been sitting up some where collecting dirty and dust . Then my husband ordered a plate that’s supposed to come with shrimp there wasn’t any in it he tells the guy he goes back and comes back with Two small size shrimps . Will never go back

Four of us for lunch. We were only customers in the restaurant. Now know why.Fried rice was flavored mostly by soy sauce.I ordered veggie mushu, got beef.‘Lunch special’ did not include egg roll or soup.Paid extra for egg roll and soup.Egg roll skin was burned.Singapore noodles were only well prepared item.Tea was charged per person, instead of for the pot.Waitress was fine, until she brought bill..She asked us to pay in cash.Just a mediocre place, in every way.

4 for lunch. Place was empty. Now know why. Lunch special did not include egg roll nor soup. Paid extra for egg roll. The skin was burned and the inside dry. The fried rice had an overwhelming soy sauce taste. I ordered veggie mushu, got beef. Again an overwhelming taste of soy sauce. They charged by the person for tea instead of by the pot. The only good dish was the Singapore noodles. Waitress asked us to pay in cash. A mediocre place in every way.

Only 3 other couples on a Friday night. Food was overcooked. Fried rice was only over-seasoned rice. Person coughing in kitchen area.

We ordered take-out from Hong Kong Bistro last night, as we have done many times before. The food was always good. Until tonight. Fast forward to this morning when I went in to collect the egg rolls, they forgot to give me last night. I spoke with the woman at the front and very nicely started to tell her about our experience with their food from last night. At that time, she said she would get the “owner” and I could speak with her. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally, my egg rolls come out and the woman at the front hands them to me and tells me to “have a nice day”. I asked her about the owner coming out to speak with me and she said “no, she doesn’t want to speak with you”. This is why I am writing this review. 100%! I am always up for giving someone a chance to fix things, but this was just a blatant “F-U”! Please keep in mind that I was very nice when I started telling the woman at the front about it. I was not loud, as there was another customer in the restaurant. But boy was I loud when I left and the customer (still waiting on his pick-up order) most definitely heard me! First off, we spent over $70 on the food. Second, they forgot our egg rolls…no biggie. I called and they said I could go in today and get them. So, that’s what I did. Now, back to the amount we spent on our food….$70! $70 for sweet & sour chicken that was so tough and nasty we could not even eat it not to mention they put it in sauce. Since when do you order take out and they put it in the sauce? Never! Sauce is almost always on the side (which they also gave us, but it is so watered down it’s hard to even tell it’s sweet & sour sauce!) Let’s move on to the shrimp egg foo young, that had absolutely ZERO shrimp “in” it. The shrimp was just piled on top. Great, you gave us shrimp, but it should be “in” the egg foo young, not piled on top, which, we could have gotten past if the sweet & sour chicken wasn’t so bad. Plus, the egg foo young sauce was absolutely disgusting. It was so salty yet, so sweet. It was gross. Just gross. Not the normal sauce (or gravy) one would expect. We could barely choke down the first bite. The “egg fried rice” was decent and edible. The crab Rangoon bites were blah, but we ate a few. The wont tons were ok. All in all, this restaurant is not one we will order form any longer. Especially since I tried to nicely tell them our experience and the owner flat out refused to come out and talk to me. I wasn’t asking for new food. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I just wanted to let them know something was off. But that’s ok. We will not support establishments that don’t care enough about their customers to come out of hiding in the back to talk to them and hope you don’t have the same experience if you go here. All of our food went in the trash.

The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The ambiance is excellent. The wife and I have been served by this family for 20 years from when we discovered their original "Golden Canyon" restaurant on Southern and Dobson.

This place had roches and it was to late for us to run out because we had already ate . The service was bad and the atmosphere was horrible ? I feel sick just by imagining if they were all up on my food .

Meal was good, wife loved the soup. Service was. Little lacking, but we got through it. It was nice and quiet but we had a early dinner on a Tuesday.
