My review is strictly for late at night. I am sure things room another during the day, not when we got there at 10 o'clock at night, there was one girl running the entire place. This was fine when it was is and another group, but then more people showed up. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for food. But it was delicious when it came!
Hamburger buns were stail and hard. Burgers were cooked so long that the patties were like hockey pucks. Servers were busting there butts. Staff was super friendly. You would think that for the price, they would have better quality control.

"During my recent visit to IHOP, I received friendly service, but unfortunately, nothing about the traditional eggs Benedict I ordered stood out to make me want to return. While the restaurant appeared clean overall, the presence of a large roach was alarming and raised concerns about the establishment's hygiene standards. This experience leaves me questioning the reasons behind such an issue and may deter future visits."
