We ate here twice this week while visiting relatives. First time I got a great breakfast. Second time, not so much. My first omelet was puffy and about an inch thick, what iHop usually looks like. Second time it was flat, about half the thickness. Also the first time I got three large pancakes, the second time they were small, like two pancakes disguised as three.
Great food,wonderful host servers. I Order takeout with a very picky friend once a month or so and was Expecting at least one thing to be incorrect, but they get it right Ever time! And they are not stingy with there

I don't know what's going on with this location but twice now they have failed to provide service to my friends and I after coming home from a long night at First Friday in Phx. The host greets us if that's what you want to call it and states it's only him and the cook and it will be a 15min wait- ok, mind you it's after 1am. We get menus sit down and wait to be seated. Maybe 20 minutes later he comes by and sees that a couple is now also waiting states its still going to be a few minutes. We don't understand why he couldn't at least seat us, we wait a little longer and conclude that he doesn't want to seat us. We leave and I tell the couple good luck. Why say 24hrs if that's not true? The first time this location failed we walk in, again another late night and the host that time says she can't serve us because her cook left. Again IHOP take the 24hr sign down at this location, it's not true.
