Angel is the reason that this location is the best literally every Saturday my son and I go to this location because the service is so amazing from Angel the food is always the best when she's there always a smile on her face and friendly I really feel the need to give credit where credit is due. She remembers the order we always order the same thing two ultimate bacon cheeseburger bacon cheese ketchup only two large fries trust me the food is the best at this location and the service is outstanding. there are jack n box closer to my home literally go out of my way to go to this location because it's so great thanks Angel

Last time I ordered online and they forgot to give me a sandwich so I called in and they took my name down when I went in to try to claim that sandwich they didn't have my name or order so I was out that
4 AM drive thru has a sign saying online orders only. Working overnights there a few places actually open I really don't want to spend my lunch time ordering from a parking lot and waiting for it to say it is ready for pick up. Since I am mobile and working in Closed locations door dash doesn't work either.

I have to give no stars !! The shake machine was down and took forever to take my order with only 1 car in front of us . Not happy at all fries was cold and seemed to be pretty old.

Hispanic male with tattoos and glasses working the drive through, gave my friend and I rude customer service and was coming off aggressive. Due to the fact that I was going to pay with Apple Pay, and not my fault that the system wasn't working. Never coming here again

I went in for carry out 9/22/23 2:28 pm, and no one was at the front (no biggie)..... Stood there for a few seconds and realized I could see a young female employee around the corner eating curly fries. She was busy in conversation with another employee and never came over to greet me, granted I did not wait much longer than a couple minutes after I realized this gross health code violation. Wish I got a photo. Hope she is on camera. Never going back.

Not actually open. You Drive up and they tell you they are only doing mobile pickups because they don't have any staff.
If your posted hours are drive thru open all night then don't tell people they can only do online orders. You're wasting peoples time, and incidentally I saw two cars in front of me almost get into a fight because the guy in front wouldn't leave, he was trying to explain to the employee he just wanted to order and the car behind him began honking. You're just creating chaos and tonight was actually a safety issue. Do better.

Love the tacos here! Great food overall, but sometimes our drive-thru orders are missing a couple items. Staff are friendly for the most part, but have had a couple people that seem to be in a huge rush to get the order done and over with.

I will never return to this location. If I could rate a 0 I would. I placed a mobile order, that went smooth. There was an eta of 7-9 minutes. I arrived approximately in about 6. Upon arrival I saw a young man walking out an order. I proceeded inside to the register. I only saw 1 other worker a young female. The same young man entered the restaurant and proceeded back behind the counter. He looked at me and "Can I help you"! There was no sense of friendliness,a smile, a greeting! Absolutely nothing! I told him I was in for a pick up order. He said "name"! I told him. He went and grabbed the bag, then walked back over to me. And held his hand out with the bag. Before I grabbed it, I said can please have some ranch. He looked at me and said ranch?! I said yes. He said how many? I said two. He threw two in the bag and gave it to me, and I left. The food was cold,sloppy and prepared wrong. I will never return to this location again. This was a horrible experience!
