I cannot believe this place. Went in there they tell me they don't accept credit cards cash only for one. Rude about it and then after a 60.00 order they tell me they won't take my 100.00 dollar bill only 20s. Never coming back to be honest

I ordered a spicy Italian, jalapeño chips, 3 sides of jalapeño ranch, and a med Coke. My food gets delivered and they forgot my Coke and ranch. The delivery driver realized it and told me and said he would be right back and never came. I called the store and it was closed after waiting an extra 45 minutes.

Love this location! Staff is super friendly and the store is very clean. Lots of parking too in the lot across the path, in case the immediate lot is full. I had the unwhich Tuna, and it was a delicious keto/ gluten free option!

We just ordered two sandwiches today from this Jimmy Johns. We ordered two Turkey Avocado Provolone and bacon sandwiches. Not only that, but we made them a combo with a bag of chips and a large drink. Furthermore, we decide to try one side order of the potato salad. They had already started making the sandwiches when he rang up the bill. He turned it around and said to add the tip on the screen. I looked at the screen and the amount was $44.81. This was for just two sandwiches. I went ahead and paid, but did not leave the 20% tip requested. When we received the sandwiches, my wife opened her and it was not cut. I tried to hand it t him, and he said they could not take either of them back and proceeded to hand me a plastic knife. I handed it to my wife and asked for my potato salad, and he looked at me like I did not order it. The guy that took the order told him I had, but he questions the food order and went ahead and handed me the salad. The staff was rude, and I do not know if the guy was trying to charge me for a salad and keep the money or what. We are retired on a fixed income. We have not recently in the past year ate at a Jimmy Johns. All I know is we will just go over to Texas Roadhouse next time and have two $15 steak dinners and come out cheaper with way better food. I do not like someone from a fast food sandwich shop to tell me to tip them, act rude, not give me my complete order and charge an exorbitant price. This is cold cuts, cheese and bread. We will not be returning to this business again.

This place has been closed for months. Every time I drive by, the "open" sign is turned off and the lights are off. I have checked over 10 times (as I frequent the Home Depot nearby), and it is always the same regardless of the day/time.Either the hours/Google maps listing is incorrect, or this place is a money laundering front. Jimmy John's corporate needs to do their due diligence and investigate this store, especially given that I'm not the only reviewer to point out this oddity.

Had a terrible experience at the 800 N 54th St, Chandler, AZ 85226 location tonight. Store closes at 8:00pm according to the sign on the door. The door was locked when I arrived at 7:45pm. There were 2’workers’ inside which would not acknowledge me at the door. One was sitting at the front window on his phone and would not look up. This place has no idea what customer service looks like. I will not be back.I went to the 780 W Elliot Rd Unit 105Tempe, AZ 85284 location and had a completely different (better) experience. Bright store , friendly staff, great experience. I will be back.

Ordered online, sandwiches were made within 6 minutes of ordering. 20 minutes later we were still wondering where our food was. I called to ask, was told delivery driver had 2 deliveries and would be there soon. We were going to give it 15 more minutes before calling back. About 10 minutes later our page refreshed to say it had been delivered but there was no knock or doorbell ring. We checked and the food had been left in the sun on the doorstep. Also noting my sandwich had onion (asked for none) and no cucumber or pickle which I asked for. Would not order delivery from here again.
The business hours reflect that this location is open 7 days a week from 11am-8pm. I have attempted to come to this location various times within these advertised hours and it is ALWAYS closed. If the shop is short on staff or having other issues then management needs to step up and either figure out how to increase staffing or simply put effort into ensure your business hours are accurately reflected online and with other sources. This has continued for around 6 months now which is why I am finally writing this review. There is no excuse as to why there has not been some sort of solution. How is a sandwich shop closed throughout the day on weekends? How is it closed during dinner rush hours on weekdays? Not being open during food industry "busy hours" is highly concerning and gives me the impression that this location is going under and will close down very soon.

Always fresh, always fast, always made to order. I love the quality, texture and flavor of the bread. That's what keeps me coming back time and time again. The spicy pepper that clears the sinuses doesn't hurt either. The staff is typically friendly and customer focused as well. Keep up the good work and good attitude. It's bringing you repeat business.

So disappointed. Today ordered a sandwich and cookie, nothing special or difficult to make. Placed order at 1118 AM, delivered at 1213. Called at 1200 for status of order, emotionless girl, never asked my name or my order #, numbly replied: it's on the way.....No apology, no excuse, nothing. Awesome customer service JJ's!!!
