The food is so good and so fresh!! Hands down the best poke bowl I’ve had and will definitely be returning. James helped me today and was so informative and patient with me being my first time in. Really good food and customer service !!!

My two coworkers and I came in for the first time and although the bowl was delicious, we won’t be coming back due to how much expensive it is. We each ordered a 4 scoop bowl which came out to about $20~ after tax.Here’s why we won’t be returning: the tip swivel machine. I’m unsure about their other locations, but this specific location has the tablet that turns around and asks you to tip on top of a very expensive meal. Their website claims they are fast casual which used to mean no tipping but I guess not anymore. Why do we need to tip?Hey Koibito owner, serious question: Do you tip at Subway or Chipotle?How can you expect your customers to afford a $20 bowl and then ask them tip on top of that? Why do we need to make up for your employees salary? Why do we need to feel bad if we don’t tip? You do realize your tipping feature sours the entire dining experience. Guarantee if you remove that feature, customers will come back more often. You do know customer’s deliberately do not come back because they don’t want to deal with tip fatigue at a fast casual restaurant. You’re hurting your business by asking your customers to tip on top of a very expensive meal. There’s a sushi restaurant down the street that offers lunch specials half the price of your bowl and comes out cheaper even with tip. Stay competitive.Tipping culture has gone out of control. All three of us immediately got turned off when I saw that tip feature and said we need to treat Koibito like a sit down restaurant and come once a year only. We will return in 2025 and hopefully you’ll have the tipping feature removed and stop making us pay your employees salary.

I went here today with my husband and our baby. The owner is the one that served us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. The food is super delicious as well! We hope to see Kobito Poke in San Tan Valley soon!!!Dietary restrictions: They make at least some of their own sauces and have Gluten Free options!

Great first experience. We were treated so respectfully, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the restaurant was clean. My energy was great for hours afterwards, without feeling bloated or anything. This is truly yummy nutrition!

We've ordered from here 3 times. The first two times were great several months ago but last night the bowls tasted not great. The rice was crunchy and severely undercooked. Also had a chemical taste. I asked for the sauce to-go and got home to realize they never gave me the sauces. May have been a fluke but I'm not sure I'll give it another try.

Amazing Tuna at a great price, that Hawaiian Tuna was Delicious and portions were pretty good (I got the large bowl though). Great place for good sea food and for the health conscious and those trying to avoid gluten. This is a small location so not a lot of seating but it was good and the people were very friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options along with Keto friendly. Healthy foods in general.

Food is always pretty good, and fresh. I really like ordering avocado with mine (which costs extra) but they do have a habit of serving unripe avocados and I always get my food for pickup so getting it fixed isn’t as easy. I just won’t order any avocado from them moving forward. Other than that I don’t ever have any issues with the food. Everyone is extremely friendly every time I’ve gone in.

I've eaten here a few times. I see comments like portions are small, or one is about sauce too sugary. This place is super accommodating. Not only are they willing to ammend issues with food, but they can accommodate anything you may ask for. If you want something a bit more filling? Just ask. They have always recommended something different per what I've wanted everytime I come in. I highly recommend this place, and don't listen to the comments that say anything different. Always ask for accommodations
