We stopped here to eat and hadn't been for awhile. So hubby ordered fajitas I ordered two cheese enchilada dinner the food was merely ok. My enchiladas were dry as they needed more sauce and hubbys fajitas were also dry and chewy. I was distracted most of the time by things not working like all the lights or tvs. There were also tables with junk on them which I didn't understand?! This place has gone down hill for sure.

When we got there they did not have our reservation because we reserved using Google and they said we should not have done that. The atmosphere seemed very very chaotic like it was a complete mess. They're served to be no manager guiding. The bathroom was a mess and gross. The food was dry. I'm never going back and it was my bday!

Food I'd subpar. With so many authentic Mexican food places, this one is not flavorful. If you just need tonstop and have a margarita then it's ok. Inside is drab and temp ranges hot and cold.

Great food, great service & the patio is just gorgeous.
We were so excited to try this place based on the atmosphere! We ordered margaritas and they were the worst margs we have ever had! Straight syrup. I told them and ordered a beer that felt cold on the outside but was pretty much still warm! What!! The food was nothing special. So sad we wanted to like this place! Won't be back! Please hire a real bartender and review these margaritas! Yikes! They also didn't take my margarita off the bill...

I know this place is locally owned, and for the most part, everything is excellent. My only issue is the way the staff is dressed. It just doesn't match the rest of the experience. It won't keep me from visiting. It's just my opinion.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't recall seeing any stairs, so no issues for those in wheelchairs.
**DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BACK ACCOUNT** I had a dinner at this place, which was fine. When I checked my bank account the next day, I noticed that someone at LA CASA BLANCA changed the tip from $7.00 to $20.00 for a $30.34 dinner. I called to speak to the manager, but was told no manager on duty and that they would call me back. They never returned my call and I had to cancel the payment through my banks *** FRAUD *** department. That was fun time I will never get back. Joy to the world this Christmas season... Can trust my local restaurant... JUST SAD :(

Unbelievable once again tried a third time ... Starting to believe the waitress/ bartender has a personal vendetta because every time we go in there she can never get anything right and always has an attitude like she doesn't want to be there get another job girl get another job. Chips were stale and salsa salty as if someone put a bunch of salt in it on purpose. We sat there for 30 minutes and she didn't even check on us but we watched her check on everyone else she didn't even ask how we wanted our Carna asada plate and when it did come it was burn on one side and not even cooked on the other the beans were super hot and the rice was cold. Worst service ever !! I don't understand why people Expect to be tipped for poor service these days. And what stupid is not only does she waste our time she wasted probably $40 of their product for no reason at all for being unhappy. I don't even know why I'm posting that is the type of place where you could tell the people there don't even care. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
