I had a bad experience (the last few times) but one particular day with the location on Gilbert. Literally won't go back there lol. It was a joke. However, this location accommodated me due to the mistake of the Gilbert location. I did an online order with Gilbert which they stated when I went in to pick it up they never got it and couldn't honor a coupon made for their location. I then called and got this location instead, and they were so helpful and accommodating. Thanks guys ❤️

Sometimes mistakes lead to the opportunity for great customer service. My order was not made properly (totally understand that happens sometimes); however, the Team did a great job correcting things. Appreciate the Team and their pizza is always delicious.

Awful customer service after they overcooked one of the pizzas I ordered. The picture doesn’t do it justice as the whole thing is hard and crispy. I called- they said the best they could do was take my name and make me a new one “the next time I come by” which, as I’d previously mentioned, wouldn’t work for me since I live so far away. I stopped at this location to get the pizza on my way home for work for my sons birthday party today. When he said it was the best he could do, I said the best he could do was make it right- to which he hung up on me. Horrible customer service for an issue they created.

Little Caesar's always has the fastest service and even though the quality might not always be the best to some people I think it is pretty good and usually my go to when ordering pizza for a party.

Almost impossible to get thru via phone. Little Caesars doesn't let you customize orders online. Ordered in store and they failed to make my daughter's order. When I went back in to get our food, they hadn't made it yet. Waited a half hour before my order was ready. What was promised in 10 minutes took 3x as long. No managers apology. Nothing. Unimpressed with operations at this location. Do better Little Caesars.

My mom's grocery shops right next door at Fry's and we live about 10 miles away they messed up one of our pizzas so I called them asked if they could remake it they said sure So I drive over there and once I get there they tell me I need to have the pizza that was messed up in order for them to remake it. Therefore I would have to drive 40 miles all together back and forth when they could have let me know to bring the messed up pizza when I called the first time. Manager was super rude and wouldn't help. I'd give 0 stars if possible

This is the ONLY location I will order from. The food is always fresh and cooked. I love that you can order from the app, pick up and go. The employees are nice and always helpful.
