Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Always takes way longer than other locations. I ordered 2 soft drinks. 15 minutes later they called my number and handed me my cups.

Frustrated with the drive-thru experience. They have dual lanes and one lane was moving four to five cars through while the lane I was in was completely stopped. Waited in line for 14 minutes before it was resolved. All that for a soda, not worth the great price for the long wait time.
I ordered a breakfast bundle off of the McDonald's app. It comes with 2 pancakes, 2 sausage and egg McMuffins, 4 hash browns and 4 drinks. They forgot to put any hash browns in the bag(missing 4). It just ruined our breakfast. I notified the customer service on the app and they had the store contact me. They said that I need to come in with my receipt to get reimbursed. Just awful. Not worth my time to drive back there and wait for a few bucks for THEIR! mistake!!!! They should just give me credit on the app. I was not the one to screw up.

Their burgers taste more and more like cardboard. Although I haven't eaten their burgers in years, I reckon not much has changed. I have the app, so my regular order consists of a large Hi-C orange, in order to get a free medium fry.
