The mochi donuts were okay, the chew could have been a bit better and the glazes were pretty artificial tasting. But their boba drink was wonderful and the Korean corn dogs is where it’s at! Loved the hot Cheeto mozzarella corn dog! Conveniently in 99 ranch market.

The food and boba here was very yummy! Plus I thought it was super cute that the milk tea with boba was in a can like cup. I always get Thai tea with boba no matter where I go, and this place’s Thai tea was amazing! Plus the little donuts are adorable. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Kiddo has been asking about a hot Cheetos corn dog. The service was fast and friendly. It's in the food court of 99 Ranch, so there's plenty of parking. Standard food court atmosphere. I didn't think it would be very good, but if you like hot Cheetos and corn dogs, you get the best of both worlds. They also have donuts but we just bought a ton of pastries at 85C so we didn't purchase any donuts. Definitely will be back next time we are in the area.

This place was super cute! I loved the selection and the woman working the register was super helpful. I was disappointed that the smallest quantity donut you can buy is three. I only wanted one. Luckily, my husband was willing to help me out.Another thing I appreciated was that they have buzzers so you can relax in the cafe area or grab a few items from 99Ranch while you wait for your order.The strawberry donut was definitely our favorite flavor, and the little heart sprinkles made it so adorable.We also got the all cheese Hot Cheeto corn dog. I added a drizzle of spicy mayo and it was perfection.Everything was yummy and thoughtfully packaged so it traveled well. Very impressive first visit.

Woooowwwww these were just excellent. We got an assorted box of 6 and they were all so very tasty. The service was quick and friendly. They are all so prettily made and fresh. As soon as we finish these we will be going for more.

TLDR: terrible boba, bad service, donut was OK. Suggest you go next door to 85C instead of wasting your money and time here.Visited and ordered 3 donuts and a brown sugar boba. There’s a long line most hours of the day.The donuts were pretty good- not as stretchy or flavorful as your normal mochi donut but it tasted alright. That’s the saving grace that earned a two star review.The boba on the other hand is a different story. The drink had an OK amount of boba-probably should’ve had more-and you could barely taste the tea. The drink was drowned in ice. We asked for light ice but received “80% of the normal amount,” which was practically a full cup regardless. The drink lacked in flavor as a result of over-ice and under syrup.We asked the worker once we received the drink if it was light ice and were told that the amount of ice we were given was light. We asked if we could have an alternative drink with either less or no ice since this didn’t meet our expectations but the worker became hostile and said that no trades could be made. After a bit of dialogue where we remained calm and the worker became increasingly frustrated and rude, we asked to speak to a manager. This request was clearly ignored as after 15 minutes of waiting a manager did not come. We checked with the worker again to see if the manager would be coming and she continued to be hostile and repeatedly said “I don’t know” while refusing to give an answer or solution to the problem.Not only was the boba bad but the service was terrible. I’ve been before and had better donuts but find the boba is always subpar and the employees/management are unpleasant as well.The boba at 85C is miles better and you can easily find better sweets elsewhere too.

I bought the brown sugar boba, and asked for light ice. They gave me a container with over 90% ice, so I asked them if that was a mistake. The lady at the counter told me “that is light ice” and “we usually fill it to the top with ice. Basically, don’t get the boba, you’re buying ice, and if you’re having any issues with your order, don’t expect any resolution or support. Just like the Mochinut, you’ll be feeling empty inside after your visit.

Great that Mochinut opened up in 99 Ranch. Convenient location and large amount of flavor choices. Got cookies & cream, mango & matcha. They were all delicious! You can't go wrong with mochi & doughnuts.

Amazing donuts!!! However, WORST boba I’ve ever had in my life We tried the Ube and the Thai tea — tasted like.. drinking straight syrup? Didn’t taste like Thai tea or ube. We unfortunately had to throw them away after a couple sips. Will come back for the donuts though!
