This location is an iffy one. The pizzas are usually really good, but lets talk about the atmosphere and customer service.Employees are very quiet, not very happy to be there (understandably); in otherwords theyre never smiley or anything. Straight face monotone voice.Employees 65% of the time work on online orders, making the wait longer and the service slower. Depending on when you go, there are very slow employees that lowkey dont know what theyre doing. A guy told me my pizza was still being waited on but I was staring right at it. Doesn’t it have my name on it?Again, very quiet staff and environment.Now for some extra input;Theyre very stingy on the cheese and red sauce. I always have to tell them to put more cheese or red sauce. This isn’t exclusive to this location.Their lemonades are SO good. Tart, sweet and fresh. I would recommend mixing sprite with the regular lemonade, about half and half?.Now once we get past the wait and employees, the pizza is delicious. Perfectly fired. Fresh ingredients. Oh and did I mention the pesto?? Best thing in this world, and one of the reasons I go to mod is because of the pesto. This is my new little caesars.Vegetarian options: Lots of fruit and veggie options for pizza, though I would check for cross contamination. More times than not, ingredients fall into other containers when handled.

Restaurant was filthy. Pizza was lukewarm. Taste was horrible. We didn’t finish pizza. Instead of staff visiting behind counter maybe they should clean patio and bathroom and empty trash cans.

Every time we come here the vibes from the staff are loooooow and it takes an insane amount of time to go through the ordering process and actually get your food. They get way too many online orders in the evening which really impacts the experience for dine-in guests. We have been to this location a number of times and have been disappointed so many times that it is difficult to justify coming back.

Always love going to MOD. Hit or miss with service here, when there are online orders those are priority and you have to wait. Unpersonabe staff, like we were a bother to be in their giving their business money. Pizza was good though.

I love mods salads even though they are expensive that's why I get them every once in while but wtf all I have to say is like why are you putting the entire salad leaf stems like this in my fucking salad Like how do you accidentally put that in there, there's no excuse that's just stupid I payed 20 dollars for only a salad on doordash and I get this? Manage better by making sure you're employers aren't that lazy
