Shady, shoddy, spendy.I get it, I wouldn’t want to work in a mall food court, either. But words are helpful, smiles are nice, and eye contact should be a minimum requirement. What really ticks me off, more than the bland tonkotsu or my cold gyoza or the dry rice, is the super shady tactic of tacking on a tip without me knowing it. You’re forced to order on a kiosk, which is no doubt more enjoyable than interacting with the staff, but the automatic tip without my consent leaves me feeling taken advantage of.But hey, if you love no frills, flavorless, soulless, low quality Americanized Japanese food, but want to pay sit down restaurant prices, then you’ll love this place.

You get ZERO interaction since you're forced to order via kiosk yet they automatically deduct a tip. You're not allowed to authorize a tip. No signage indicating that tips are automatically deducted. That is no longer a tip but rather a surcharge for doing business with them. This deceptive business practice make their prices misleading.Avoid this place if you like keeping your hard-earned money and dislike unethical business practices.

This place forces you to order from a tablet and automatically adds tip to your purchase without telling you until you see it on your receipt.

The food was excellent as well as the size of my plate. I recommend if you're at the Chandler Mall and hungry. I work nearby and will return at least monthly.

Rude customer service, hair in food, when asking for help the ignored us. They messed up on my order and I was half ways eating it and they took it back just to throw it away. Also kept staring at us while we were trying to try to have finish our meal. If you're planning on enjoying your meal at the mall choose the much better places they have here! If I could give a 0 or lower I would

Love being able to order tofu for a meatless meal while shopping at the mall. One of their veggie d'light items and I sure was delighted with the food quality, quickness of the order being made, and the overall experience. You do place your order and pay on a kiosk, which I feel makes for a quicker experience. Definitely one of my favorite locations in Chandler Mall!

Waited 20 minutes for my order. The noodles were lukewarm and flavorless, the beef was burnt and too salty, the gyoza and roll were soggy and my soda was flat. Doubt I’ll ever be coming back again.

I love this style of food, but nori is getting a three star for inconsistency. Sometimes this food is amazing, but this last time we went I think something was wrong with the teriyaki sauce, or they gave us the wrong one, because it was VERY spicy.

This is the best bowl of Ramen I have had in Arizona. Perahps, the best bowl I have had in the West.I was not expecting much when I went here. I had decided to eat Ramen on a lark. I am glad I did. They actually have the real ramen eggs. Not the 1000 year ramen eggs but eggs that have the perfect runny yolk. The pork broth was full of flavor and rich. The pork belly was tender. The noodles were perfect for slurping. This was a perfect bowl of ramen.

The terriaki is amazing. Not overly sweet like every other terriaki place. And the portions are amazing. There were nice enough to even customize the ramen and add tofu since we didn't want meat. Best resturaunt in the mall.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The manager doesn’t speak English. Lisa who did was laughing and smiling as I’m informing her the chicken taste rubbery. It’s so salty and why on earth should I force myself to eat this.

Ordered 2 meals of the same thing half chicken and half steak teriyaki. 1 meal had carrots and vegetables and the other did not. Makes no sense, why add vegetables to one meal and put no vegetables in the second ??? Pretty dumb
