Placed an order online and I waited almost 10 minutes before I was recognized and receiving it. It was on the mobile counter the whole time literally just needed to be handed. Came home and the food was barely warm. Really defeats the point of ordering online if I still wait 10 minutes to literally have my food handed to me.

Food poisoning. I ordered a plate with 1/2 fried rice 1/2 noodles with orange chicken. I missed work today because I have the cold sweats and fevers. I feel like death missed work because I can't stand with my stomach wrenching. I threw up multiple times. It's a shame that food places can't follow safe practices for people. If I wasn't feeling so awful I would be in there talking to the manager. I don't wish this upon anybody. The worst possible outcome for eating out. Never eat here again.

The service there was honestly terrible. I waited 20 minutes for my food. There were 2 people in the front and 3 people in the back. The people in the back weren't doing anything except for talking and standing there. The manager even looked at me and didn't even help them. The line kept growing and growing. And on top of that, they decided to make an online order when it was my turn and made me wait even longer. I don't know what that's all about but I'm not coming back there again

Chicken and beef were both extremely dry and tasteless. I ordered chow mien and rice but got only rice. Really bad food, this location is very close to my house which is a shame.

Remember when Panda actually gave you meat with the foodWell since the pandemic, I've noticed a huge decrease in quantity. Then have the audacity to upcharge for more like we haven't been eating it for the last 20 years.

The Asian looking employee was unnecessary rude to me and she didn't even give us the fortune cookies.
Everything that I have gotten from this location, from food to service, has been amazing. The service is fast and friendly, the food is cooked to perfection. I would definitely suggest going to Panda Express for lunch or dinner.

I went here at around 4 today. I got a firecracker shrimp and kung pao chicken and chow mein. Now let me tell you this. Shrimp costed me an extra $1.50 and they gave me 3 shrimps. 3 shrimps for $1.50. This is atrocious!!!!! You wont be seeing me here again
