I love the food and concept of having a fresh, hot pizza exactly when you want it. And so easy to bake. This store has had staffing problems for some time. I started coming to this store when the one near me closed?? The problems have been constant. Made the wrong pizza, way too much sauce, wrong sauce, forgot the finishing cheese, forgot the garlic. The fact that I keep going back tells you how much we like the pizza when done right. The other 2 stores I have been to had terrific staffs, never an issue and very fast. Hope this store can put it all together some day.

Let me start by saying I love Papa Murphy's . Just moved here from another state and such nice stores and specials. WELL....my phone app isn't working and I have been working with PM to see why and they can't figure it out so I went to this store. Explained and asked what specials were in store...."Sorry we only sale Full Price in stores, you need to order online for any deals". She did not care. She did not want my business. I said "thanks" and left...she said "BYE then". WOW....good customer service.

Papa Murphy's provides better value and better pizza than large chains. I look forward to the Tuesday special for a mid week break that is very budget friendly. Their app makes ordering and pickup very easy.

Great quality crust and ingredients.Gal making pizza apperared to be ALONE and was quite busy with 5+ being made at once.She was not in a good mood.Got mine is the 30 minutes it was quoted though.Place was quiet.Mid afternoon.This is the closest PM's to me now,about 4 miles from my home.?Use to have one 4 blks.away.,Somebody open another one closer!The girl that wrote in a bad review is a dolt.I've ordered pizza from 4 different PM's over thelast10 yrs.ALL better than any frozen pizza ever reviewed.Cook it the right way and you can't go wrong.
