I have been coming to Phoenix Palace for several years now. I ordered take out yesterday and when I arrived I noticed that the man at the register and two other kitchen workers were not wearing face masks. Are you serious? We are in a pandemic and these people are not wearing face coverings while being close to the food we eat. What the hell is wrong with these people. There is an executive order in Chandler to wear face coverings if you work in a public facing business. I find this to be completely unacceptable!!!! Wear your mask Phoenix Palace!!!

I always crave this spot! It's amazing with delicious and various choices of dim sum to eat! I recommend the shrimp toast, salt and Pepper shrimps, wings, and the broccoli. But there is so much more available. Not sure how it is during COVID but prior was 10/10 with the dine in option.

Food has great flavor. They custom make stuff not on the menu!

I ordered takeout post Covid and the restaurant had been closed for a couple of months. (Had plenty of time to clean) The place smelled like mildew or something very bad. Overpowering. I got one dish, it was good but I wonder about their sanitation if their restaurant smells like that. Not sure if I will go back. I originally went because I heard good things. Idk

Very tasty! Loved the variety and the prices! Definitely on the list for future Sunday Dim Sum delights.

We just ordered take out and unfortunately the food was absolutely terrible and service was sub par. It is a shame that a restaurant that no doubt needs business and has no in house seating, would not make every effort to make their dishes edible. So sad to see Phoenix Palace food quality decrease to this level.

Yay! We really enjoy the fun experience of picking yummy treats from the rolling carts that stop at your table. Its a thrill to see what else will be coming our way. And with the low prices....why not give those adventurous foods a TRY. Everything is super tasty and quality. You'll probably be surprised how much you like it. Clean, pleasant, affordable and fun restaurant. Give them a try for dim sum.

For the price, I totally don't think it was worth it. The won ton soup was the best out of everything we got. We ordered 3 different types of fried rice, orange chicken, scallops in garlic sauce and the half duck. We were definitely disappointed. I've had a lot better for half the cost. Wouldn't return or recommend.

The food is great. The service was amazing! I came in and was greeted right away by the young girl taking care of the register. I told her my order and she went straight back to have the kitchen start before I even paid. My food was out quick and she checked of there was anything else I needed for my Togo. It’s hard to find good food with good service

I've been coming here for 9 years. Once a month. Yesterday since Covid 19 hit we decided to order take out. We ordered Shu mei, har gor, pork rice roll, sticky rice, custard tarts and Chow mein in soy sauce. Flavor was good not great since I was raised in LA. We were disappointed when we opened it up to eat the portions sizes were small. Seemed like 2/3rds their normal size. When we sit down to eat, the pieces have been gradually getting smaller since we started eating 9 years ago but I was actually in shock yesterday. Prices have not decreased but size has. When they open for service again I'll give them 1 more try maybe they had a bad day but if the portions are the same then it's time to move on.

I ordered chow main for take out and the noodles were completely dry, seemingly uncooked. I just got home and had to throw everything in a pan and seeing that I'm not Chinese or a master chef, my chow main came out mushy textured. Overall very unhappy, I ordered the chow main because my roommate brought some home the same day and I tried it and loved it. Idk why they gave me uncooked hard noodles very disappointed, actually biting on this chow main I'm extremely disappointed. Highly not recommend

Our Phoenix Palace dining experience is leisurely family-oriented. Chinese families show up with their 3 or even 4 generations for Dim Sum. The restaurant serves both traditional Mandarin and Cantonese cuisine.

They are open for takeout, even for dim sum. Got my dim sum today. The place was a little busy but they did a nice job serving the customers.

I've been eating dim sum here for 23 years, since around 1995 when that owner offered AYCE dim sum buffet during the weekdays for about $7.00. I just ate dim sum here today Sunday Aug 5, 2018. I host dim sum events for Wild Dining MeetUp. Today's group was only 6 people, my smallest group ever. I really appreciate that Phoenix Palace is willing to let me make reservations for dim sum, although they said they will only hold the table for 5 min, I find that very reasonable, given that there are people waiting outside. My party is most often at least 10 people, sometimes I host 2 tables of that many, so reservations are needed, which I make at 11 am when they are not too busy.

Have been driving to Chandler to get Dim Sum; when I'm in Gilbert. Decided to get take out. Got my favorites, from Shrimp Dumplings, Chicken Feet, Egg Tarts, Shrimp-stuffed eggplant (will only get if freshly made), Siu Mai, Sticky rice in lotus leaf, Baked BBQ pork buns, Tofu Skin Rolls & Rice Noodle. I can easily spend $20-$30 or more on just myself; therefore, I have to limit myself...
