Just started coming here, and they have fantastic sandwiches! It’s a shame all the other locations in the valley couldn’t weather the storm during covid. I hope they start becoming more popular, more people really need to try this place. All the ingredients always taste so fresh and it’s the best oven-baked sandwich compared to any of the other chains. My new go-to spot!

The wife and I love this place. The subs are always fresh and very tasty. The bread is better than the chains. This is a family owned restaurant with high quality and great service. The cookies are great too. The restaurant is clean and good for eating in or take out. My favorite is the Experience with jalapeños, but the wife's is the Beefeater. Try them out!

This place is very close to my house and we go here pretty frequently. The owners are very nice and the sandwiches are great. I personally like to get my sandwich cold. My wife prefers hers baked, like they recommend, mostly because it makes the thick bread a little smaller
Best sub I've had hands down! The "green turkey will not disappoint! I wish they were on my side of town. Very thankful for business and appreciative people that run the place. 10/10!

TLDR; Good sandwiches, excellent customer service, and just overall a nice family-owned and operated restaurant. Planet Sub is severely underrated. They make their bread fresh from scratch every day and it competes with some of the best I've had at any major sub sandwich chain. Most of their sandwiches are served warm, so think of it as similar to Firehouse Subs. The Ocotillo location is rarely busy and you're able to order and receive your food in 5-10 minutes. The restaurant is run by a young Asian family. Every time we visit we see the wife helping to make the sandwiches while the husband takes the orders and communicates with the customers in the front. I usually order "The Experience" which is one of their original baked sandwiches. It has a slight kick with the jalapeños, but is perfectly mitigated by the cream cheese and layered with three different meats (pepperoni, bacon, and chicken). My wife prefers "The Torpedo" which is equally as good.

A bright, clean, and friendly place. I got the Planet sub and Rick ordered the chicken club. Both were excellent and we could not decide between the two. We will be Bach ro try more of the menu.

Wow, this place is awesome! I came in on my bike and there are bike racks and places to eat outside if you want. The people that work there are very nice. I ordered three subs and all three were delicious. Toasted buns and fresh ingredients makes them taste great.
