Great service! Great menu! It doesn't have that weird smell that so many Boba places in East Valley have. Tea shop is clean and the service is fast. I recommend all their teas and they have a great butterfly drink.
Finally found my go-to boba place around here. Came here a few times in two weeks and it’s been consistently good! Oolong milk tea is ??and the dragonfruit whatever tea with yogurt popping boba is??

Very pretty building, SUPER friendly staff, best Vietnamese coffee I have ever had. I even received a free punch card upon ordering, once you purchase 9 drinks you get one free. Definitely coming back. The orange tea was very refreshing too. Side note: they let you alter the sweetness and ice amount.
