My order was wrong again. They need to STOP UPSELLING everyone and they wont mess up the orders. Tried to visit Popeys site but they avoid customer contact with a chat bot. STOP HAVING YOUR PEOPLE TRY TO UPSELL EVERYTHING, IT CONFUSES THE EMPLOYEE AND THEY MESS UP ORDERS.

I will never go again. Terrible service, I ordered on the app 30 minutes before recovering the order and they made me wait another 30, in addition to the attitudes of the very rude employees, the food was not well cooked either.

I asked for a 3 piece of chicken meal. I got a 2 piece , what looked like it was shoved into a small box with a small amount of fries on top of chicken. I went back and informed the young man that I only got 2 pieces of chicken. He took my box back and again...should have another piece of chicken in the same box and handed it back to me with out closing the box.In my opinion the food was mishandled and the way it was presented ..did not look enjoyable. Had my drink and threw away the chicken and fries that were soggy from being pushed down into the chicken. This was very bad customer service.

This was probably the nastiest food I’ve had. I brought my in-laws here as they don’t have Popeyes near them, and it was nothing but disappointment. Not fully cooked chicken, chewy tendons, and whoever was using the deep-fryer obviously didn’t get the chicken all the way in. I could see the uncooked breading at the end of my sandwich. I have been to a handful of popeyes and loved them, this was not even close to the next worst food I’ve eaten. So gross.

The chicken is good but enjoyed the wings and macaroni and cheese more. Also the mango lemonade is super delicious! It's just that the service wasn't that great but the food isn't too bad, it's not amazing but it's great enough to satisfy your hunger.
Handed us drinks with lose lids through the drive through window. Caused us to spill some drink. Both our chicken sandwhiches didn’t have pickles and almost NO sauce. Bread was dry to slightly stale. For some reason despite just getting two sandwhiches and fries they included sporks for some reason? Won’t go back to this location.
