The store was under staffed. we waited an hour for our food from the time it was ordered. shrimp sat under the heat lamp way too long. Shrimp is not supposed to be tough.The waitress only showed up to deliver food and drinks, never stopped to ask how our meals were. this was in Oro Valley Az.waitress was not at all friendly, started the greeting with how busy she was.would not recommend this one to anyone.

I researched Red Lobster menu offerings on the Red Lobster company website on 10/6/2023. I noticed the "Fish Fry" offering for the same day, Friday, 10/6/2023. The picture on the website displayed two pieces of "wild-caught, hand-breaded cod filets". I placed two orders for pickup, at $15.00 per order. When I got the food home, each order contained one piece of fish, much of which was breading. The cole slaw we received was in small containers, more suited for sauce such as tartar sauce. The majority of the food was cold, soggy french fries. My wife and I were extremely disappointed by the lack of quality in the food for which we paid an excessive price, compared to other alternative restaurants, such as "Native Grill". In light of this breach of trust between us and Red Lobster restaurant, which is located at 7240 West Ray Road, 10 And Ray Road I, Chandler, AZ 85226, we do not plan to patronize Red Lobster restaurants again in the future.

We used to love Red Lobster. This location has great wait staff, but they were out of the two new shrimp. We ordered the coconut shrimp, and they were out of the sauce that goes with it. My wife ordered a sirloin medium, and it came out very well done. While the waiter was excellent, he had too many tables and was dealing with poor management of supply issues. They aren't stocking enough to actually sell their menu items.

Management is horrible. We had reservations for 7:30 we didn't get seated until 8:30 after we complained. Once seated it took our food an hour to come out. People that were sat after us got their food before us and refills. We were only a party of 3.

Shout out to Melvin!!! Melvin stayed on top of things and even came back with food before the food was being requested!!! Melvin treated me like he already knew my eating habits for years ... dude was literally reading my mind The all you can eat shrimp is this year, as it included, my favorite shrimp scampi which I love the most!!! The food was fantastic such tells me that they have a good cool back there who literally lives to cook because you can taste it in the food!!! The price was better than expected honestly! Yes, I'll hopefully be able to return before the shrimp special ends . I recommend going before the special ends. If you see Melvin, definitely request to be seated in his area. You can thank me later! There's plenty of parking on site

Made a priority seating reservation, table was not ready. Hostess was not friendly. Service was horrible. Two of the people didn't was crispy potatoes with their crab. Waiter said they had to have them. How hard would it have been just to leave them off the plate. This was a birthday celebration. Will not be going back to Red Lobster.

Everything including the food was very good. What made our visit outstanding was our waitress Theresa. She is easily the best server have had in the last few years. Theresa was super friendly attentive and patient. I had the endless shrimp and she kept the shrimp coming. We will go back bc of Theresa.

Used Open Table for upgrade on the Wait List as we have previously done in prior weeks. . Usually 5-10minutes until seated. This time it was 26 minutes to be seated. It appeared walk ins were seated prior to us.

Ordered To Go on the app and because it was Valentines Day the restaurant was extremely busy yet the servers stayed friendly and professional. Food was excellent although starting to get pricy. Overall a good experience.

I had Wednesday special Surf and turf. It was good deal.The steak was just okay but the lobster tail was good. I would like to order seafood dishes and no steak next time.

This is a typical Red Lobster restaurant. The only thing that sets them apart is the level of service. Here, there are no problems. We were seated quickly and our server was attentive and friendly. The biscuits (the best part of Red Lobster IMHO) were served quickly and hot.The food prices are reasonable for the portions and everything was as advertised. Overall a good place for dinner.
