I'm choosing to go out of my way to write a review for this place despite not having eaten there. Not once but twice now I've shown up on a busy Sunday afternoon, some 30min to an hour after their opening hours, and they are still unapologetically and slowly opening the restaurant. I can't recommend a restaurant to others when there is a high chance that the establishment will not even be open. Get better or get ready to be replaced by a Jersey Mike's

OVERPRICED & EXPIRED FOOD.paid $40 for 2 phillys and 1 medium fry just to end up with food poisoning.you can taste the food being expired horrible experience.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: we went Saturday feb 17. And I absolutely can blame you guys for food poisoning if you were the ONLY food I had that day. The mushrooms literally tasted expired and same with the lettuce. You’ve had other reviews for the same thing.And food was not fresh so absolutely not worth the price. With the way it looked and tasted might as well be from the “dollar menu” as you stated.Check the pictures posted to your reviews it validates my review.RUDE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING what a horrible way to go.

Located inside the Chandler mall and every time I go there with my son we will get their food. My son loves the chicken nugget, chicken sandwich and the fries. I loves the steak sandwich and the fries! The meat is fresh and delicious, and the fries is the best!
I think it is a family owned buisness? From the cashier all the way to when you pick up your food, these employees appreciate your buisness. This way I know my food is cooked with LOVE. Not sure where they purchase their meat? It is the most delicious ĺean cuts on any sandwich I've ordered so far. I highly recommend stopping in at Ritchie's, even if you're not shopping at the mall.Parking: Park on the east side of valley parking. More spots available.
