It’s very clear to me that most people haven’t had a good burrito, if everyone thinks this is so amazing. Bland Meat and tortilla. It’s an untried taquito. Very underwhelming and disappointing. Anyone from the Bay Area that’s ever had a super burrito will understand what I think if when I see the word burrito. This is definitely not it. Counter was nice. Service was fast. The search continues.

I had high hopes for this place as I love burritos. First, be aware that this is not a dine-in type of place. It's carry-out only. Service was pretty fast at the counter. I ordered a Bacon and Hash Burrito with Green Chiles added. I also ordered the Carne Asada Burrito along with some Street Corn in a Cup as well as some Beans and Cheese. When I returned to work with my order, I disappointed to discovered that I never got my Street Corn in a Cup and my Bacon and Hash Burrito didn't have the Green Chiles, that I paid extra for, added to the burrito. The burritos were much smaller than I expected. You'll need to order at least 2 or 3 if you're hungry. I wasn't happy with this experience at all. The burritos tasted okay, but I don't see much of a value in what you get. Small, over-priced and you may not get what you ordered. Based on the size of the burritos alone, I don't plan on returning to Rita's Burritos. Better size and value can be found elsewhere.

Cannot say enough great things about Rita's. They could have a line around the corner and somehow still have your on spot order ready within 10-15min and the quality is always consistent. The fresh, hand made tortillas and freshly cooked ingredients just elevate this small shop into the next stratosphere of both pallet satiation and stress free takeout experience.

I've been coming to Rita's since they opened. As a New Mexican this is the only place in the valley I recommend eating at that is legit New Mexican food. I drive 40 minutes and spend 50.00 in burritos and eat them the next two days. Delicious warmed up the next day.
