We live in the neighborhood right behind this place and we were excited that we were getting a new restaurant in the neighborhood. We missed Takamatsu and everything else was not good. Covid hit right when they opened and we hoped it would not fail and it did make it thru. We went a few times. Had my birthday there with a large group. But... service was always sketchy and the prices went to not affordable really quick! No one was ever there and it just became sad and extremely expensive. I hope another restaurant goes in soon!

So I've been here once before, about 2 weeks before this visit. I have a Cadillac margarita and chicken nachos. Nachos were huge and delicious and layered so nicely with melting cheese and shredded chicken and hot really yummy beans, plus jalapeño and salsa, guacamole and sour cream. It was a feast, and I came back today to do it all over again. Today the caddy was delicious, on point. But the person in the kitchen did not know how to make nachos. I literally couldn't believe they brought that out. The cook put beans on the plate, covered it with huge chunks of chicken, covered that with chips, threw some cheese on, covered that with more chips, then cheese and melted just the top of the cheese. All jalapeño, salsa, guacamole and sour cream was on separate dishes. The cheese below the top wasn't melted at all. The beans and chicken at the very bottom were a fishing expedition to get to. It's a solid no from me. The beans tasted good. But giant chunks of unshredded chicken? No.Then I walk out, and standing by a pillar is one of the staff, who asks me if I'm married or single. He sold the nachos at a discount, and now wants to know if I'm interested in him. Are you f@@@@ kidding me?

Good food ok service but they make you feel unwelcome asked for football game and server couldn't get game on so just gave up. I had to request a different person try who was successful. We couldn't stay to watch the end of the game as they close at 8 and servers simply disappeared.

Just ate at Rosas for the First time and I've got to say that is the best tacos I have had in ages. The meat was shredded and it was sweet and it was flavorful. I loved it. It's good. The multiple salsa options and vegetarian refried beans are the highlight. Try the habañero salsa. It's really flavorful and spicy.

Finally made it here. It's tough to find food better than mom's but Rosa's definitely got close. Chicken fajitas were outstanding. Salsas took a bit to find a good one. Warning, their tomatillo salsa is actually sweet which surprised us. Tried the Serrano and what a find. The roasting flavor really comes through. Service was great. Only knock is they need NFL Sunday Ticket.

Ordered enchiladas Monterey and red sauce tasted like pasta sauce and green sauce also sweet not sure why never had that before service took our order and one of us asked for chimichanga plain nothing on it and it came out with everything on it also ordered 2 of the enchiladas Monterey . And they gave us one and an extra plate ?? So let them know 2 dinners had to wait and now I should of just taken the extra plate

Rosa's is a hidden gem. Everything about this restaurant is excellent, but nobody knows about it. It's hidden in the corner of a strip mall in Chandler. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great prices, delicious food, fast service, comfortable patio.
First visit loved the food and the salsa, came back a couple more times ordered the same item from the menu and it’s always different, server (male) seems annoyed at us the entire time and the atmosphere is very strange. Won’t be going back.

Will never be going back! I ordered chicken chimichanga and it came more filled with beans and melted cheese than chicken. I've never had a chimichanga with beans in it. It tasted horrible ? Service is the worst! Server had negative attitude from the start and not once came and checked to see how everything was. Also both baskets of chips were bottom of bag. Don't waste your time or money. $55 for 2 people with no alcohol drinks. Ridiculous ?

Almost pasted this gem up. We usually go to their original grill on University, but this place is very nice. Same great food and salsa. Green salsa is great as usual. Sorry to say it wasn't busy, but really needs to be. Have alot of tvs in bar and great ambiance. More people need to try this

Grabbed some food to go, the crunchy tacos and the beef fajitas were outstanding. Had a couple of "neat" tequilas while I was waiting. They offer a decent amount of good, Anejo tequilas.

***let start by saying that not every restaurant is made for everyone and usually this is due to the origin/nationality of the owner***This culture has a different way to prepare food.I loved the atmosphere, the background music and the staff was great.NOW, Let's talk about the food. The only good thing that was delicious, was the slides avocado on top of my lettuce.Beans tasted like they where from a can!Rice was flavorless, even though it was mexican rice!And the steak was TOO SWEET, no steak should taste like I am eating a dessert.Just like the salsas and everything else I chose to taste, was sweet as well.The habanero sauce was DELICIOUS! A+++I dont think I would select this place in the future for my my dining experience or an event, knowing the kind of FOODIE people I frequent with.
